I came here with my wife. The store is pretty good. It's pretty standard. It's not overly big, so there didn't seem to be a big selection.

Their store hours are different from Burlington Mall's, and they frequently change their hours. At 3:30 on Sunday, they started to yell at people who tried to enter the store and claimed they are already closed. I ended up buying nothing for my upcoming event the following week, because when I was in the fitting room, I was "reminded" TWICE to finalize the purchase. Similar to many other reviewers mentioned, it was a waste of time visiting here and I would suggest not visit this store because you never know when they want to change their hour schedule.

I got birthday gift from my daughter she use her debit card , two shirt I did not like so I went to this store and told her put credit back in my daughters debit card she refused and wouldn’t help me I will never shop at this place again

My partner and I went here to get dress clothes. A lot of the white blouses were too sheer but after an hour Al we found some stuff. We were taking to one woman, I think a manager, and she was very invalidating then very dismissive. I got upset and put back everything I found but my partner needed dress clothes asap, so we go to checkout. The woman at checkout asks if we found everything alright and I say no, we had a lot of trouble. To which she ignores me. I bring it up and she says she didn't hear my direct answer to her direct question. She then dismisses me and turn away. The people who work here are terrible.

Irina is This girl who helped me , I had to ask the manager her name because she was so short and unpleasant with me she had on big baggy black sweatshirt everytime I go in there and she is extremely rude,I heard her make a racial comment last week and I was extremely offended....and offended for the couple she was making rude racial comments about skin color....my wife is colored. So it's very disgusting to see this going on in a big company like Ann taylor. I can't see her working there much longer with this behavior and completely un professional attitude...she bagged my clothes like an animal when I checked out and whipped into a bag and basically threw my bag at me across the register. I will no longer be coming into the store anytime I see her working there....if you see a girl in a gross baggy sweatshirt looking very unprofessional....find a different store associate to help you....save ur self the aggravation she will not help you. It doesn't look like she can help her self.

Went in for a return (online purchase) and it was pretty straightforward. The employee who helped me was very polite, prompt and helpful.The store understandably has less merchandise than online options, but I won't hesitate to walk in to get a better understanding of sizing if unsure.The sizeable sale rack at the back could be of interest to some.

Horrible customer service. This is my third time visiting store to return something and store was closed 2 hours earlier than actual closing time. When I called the store manager said its only happening today due to last minute emergency and it has not happened before. I should’ve taken photos last 2 times i visited.Never visiting this store again! Absolutely Unprofessional behavior from the staff!

They closed two hours early on a Saturday due to short staffing even though there were 3 female staff there. I arrived at 6:13pm and was told they could not do a return.

Will not shop at Ann Taylor again after how rude the store associates were to me. Spoke to customer service, and they don't seem to care either, so I don't expect it to change. Too bad, because they have okay stuff every once in a while.

The ladies in the store are rude, unhelpful, and do not know the company policies on returns/exchanges. If you have a customer service issue, ie need to make a return or have issues with the clothing, by all means save yourself the trip and simply call the Ann Taylor Customer Service Line.

Do not bother going in if you’re wearing any sort of work out clothes etc. Received no help after going in to purchase a suit for my residency interviews. Left without anything due to this.
