Purchased flooring from AJ Rose. The flooring was fine, but the installation was AWFUL! The installers RUINED a 15 foot section of new baseboard; the wood stairs they installed crack and squeak so loudly that it wakes people up; the hole they made for 2 out of 4 of my floor heating registers was too small and the registers didn’t fit; and the clean-up was awful - the floor was covered in sawdust.
Based on this experience, I am sad to say that I would not recommend them.

Three men came at the designated time and worked for nearly 6 hours. They moved my big furniture out of the 2 bedrooms and installed the 2 carpets. They were neat, efficient and did an excellent job! Would like to add that the salesman Q did an outstanding job at the starting point.

Sales process was easy and informative. Summer was knowledgeable, friendly, responsive, and worked to fit my budget. Her communication with me from sale to installation was fantastic. I worked with her to carpet three bedrooms, two staircases, two hallways, and a living room.
Installers worked long days to get my job done. They were respectful to me and my home. They did a great job. Could not have asked for more from this transaction. Follow up has been great.

We have used AJ Rose several times to update our existing flooring and do not shop anywhere else.
We have been working with Q, the sales consultant, who is not only knowledgeable, but very patient. He wants to make sure we will be happy with what we choose.
AJ Rose notified us the delivery time and window. The delivery and installation crew were courteous and respectful of us and our home. Since it had rained the night before delivery they came prepared with booties so as to not get any of the flooring wet.
We definitely will use AJ Rose for our next flooring project.

Very helpful in choosing a Coretec that matched desired style. Allowed us to take samples home, including treads/nosing, which helped to plan out our unique space (the room has curbs that needed to be covered). Clued us in to sales/promotions; final price was decent for Coretec, AFAIK. Pickup from warehouse was easy. A few hiccups getting a delivery fee refunded and collecting all the info necessary for a manufacturer's rebate, but overall a positive experience. Thank you!

I went to AJ Rose because of their reputation for superior service. I had used Lowe’s in the past. I’ll start by saying the guy who measured, installers and the person who called me for scheduling were absolutely outstanding. I didn’t have to wait long for installation and the crew was fast and efficient. The sales process is was what was lacking. The store had two customers when I arrived. It wasn’t busy. I had to approach the salesman (name was a single letter for reference). I told him I wanted stair runners for two flights. He showed me two racks to choose from and left. Apparently my purchase was not as appetizing as a larger customer that followed me. I picked my own rugs. Had to ask him to help me check out the sample after waiting for 10 min. He didn’t follow up with me. I had to do the follow up. Emails were unprofessional and riddled with errors. The guy who did the measuring actually helped me pick the color and rug. He should be in sales. No follow up after installation. I’d go back but work with someone else.
