I've been going to Susan for a few years. She's done an amazing job with my color and styling. I love that she is very collaborative and has great ideas. My daughters have also been going to Susan for their haircuts and for special occasions and she has always given them exactly what they wanted. I would highly recommend Susan for coloring and styling.

I have been a client of Susan's for 15 years and have been completely satisfied with her services. In particular, she has been doing my hair for all this time and I would never give a thought about going to someone else. She is fabulous at what she does and is always accommodating if an appointment needs to be changed. Not only is she a people person, but she has the gift of listening to you and giving you exactly what you went to her salon for! I highly recommend her. Barbara

Susan is the BEST. I met her when our kids were in Elementary School together, they will be seniors in High School next year. She is always up to date with the latest products and services. I would not trust my hair to anyone else.

Sue does a wonderful job with my hair. I met her years ago via some random shopper at the Burlington Mall in The Body Shop. I commented on how beautiful her hair was and she handed me her hairdresser's card who happens to be Sue. So, now Sue is also my hairdresser. I leave her place feeling fabulous. I could never cut hair or color it the way she does. She's a very creative person who is very attentive to her client's needs. She is warm and caring and is always seeking to make you feel your best whether it be through her hairdressing skills, reiki or health related expertise. Give her a try. It'll be the best decision you make.

For years I was one of those people that used to drive into Newbury St thinking that it was impossible to get a good haircut in the suburbs. Finally I found a fabulous solution. This small private salon offers everything I need. Including a little reiki if I need it. Susan is a professional from start to finish. An amazing stylist and gentle soul. Highly recommend!

Susan is an amazing hairdresser!! She always takes the time to listen to what I want and does exactly that. She is a master colorist and cutter as well as a makeup artist. She's always on time I never have to wait. She helped me decide if I wanted to take a big step and cut bangs and I'm so glad I did. I'm 45 but now look 25!! Here is my amazing picture.
