I agree with the sentiments of all the five star reviews here! Walter's Jewelry is fast, does meticulous work and is a very friendly business. Their prices are most reasonable and I enjoy chatting with the owners when I come in for a new watch battery or strap. In today's society, a local quality business like this is a rare gem!

Walter and (I presume) his wife were very friendly and nice. Walter resized my new watch for me quickly and efficiently while I waited. Very reasonable prices, less than I thought it would be.

Finding a real watchmaker who replaces batteries is a real gem. Efficiently, reasonably, pleasantly. So few places today have those attributes and skills...Walter does and merits the trust, as he has for me for so many years. Yes, he cleans watch movements, repairs jewelry, but it is the simplest needs, for me, that justify my continuing to visit him.

Quick repair of necklace. Pleasant, polite. And careful--I really appreciated that when I dropped off my necklace to be restrung, he counted every bead and carefully wrapped it up.

Very cruel and mean business. During a heavy rainstorm, my wife and children stood at the doorway to stay out of the rain but a woman in the store told them to go away. These are not kind people.

Broke an 18ct necklace, fixed in 3 days. Plus it was SO clean and shiny when I picked it up I almost didn’t recognize it - the couple is soooo nice too

It reeked of cigarette smoke. We turned around and walked out as fast as we could. Don't go unless you plan on laundering your entire outfit and washing your hair. Disgusting.
