She was professional and compassionate to my concerns and helped me out as much as she could. I definitely would like for her to be recognized as an essential employee that would be an asset to any team. With knowing the answers to questions and if not exactly sure was able to get back to me quickly with an answer. I’ve kept that location as a storage facility for years moving between units and yes the prices have increased a lot but that is not the employees fault. They try to work with you however best they can. The facility overall and staff is awesome!”

“Negative reviews don't align with my experienceOnly criticism I have is placement of plastic trash barrel next to Customer Service entranceAllston/Brighton has vicious Rat problem - that can be verified with city 6-1-1 - it has little to do with how clean/dirty area is; that being said, there are necessary steps/interventions to control issueRats are like hybrid, steroid, small dog sized, bold & disease-ridden - be very mindful entering/exiting after darkAs I approached to toss Starbucks trash in, whole barrel shook & moved - I knew exactly what it was & warned Customer Service Staff & other customers Cardboard is literal Rat Candy, so of course they lurk around U-Haul but a steel trash barrel with a lid or even more mindful placement away from Customer Entrance would be helpful (Rats can't chew thru steel - they literally eat thru plastic barrels - this one is no exception)Staff were very helpful - Isaiah checked me in answering all questions, explaining details as well as upgrading & discounting rental - didn't catch name of man processing return but he too was very helpful & mindful of expenses- excellent Customer Service Equipment was clean & well-maintained as wellMy experience was excellent Highly recommend Brighton location”

“I rent from them all the time the staff is great they accommodate you in anyway they can It’s a rental place and they have to deal with people destroying their vehicles because their rentals and not four wheelers people abuse him them and do damage and then get upset because they don’t want to pay for the damage I’ve been renting there for years never once have I had a problem but never once have they had a problem with me bringing vehicles back with damage people get upset when they break something and don’t want to pay for it when I go there I make sure and ask for the cleanest and nicest vehicle I bring it back the same way I have never had a problem that’s the policy so are you people that are mad don’t destroy their vehicles and you won’t be charge for it it’s very simple respect their properly as if it was your own”

“The people at the location were helpful and good at their job. The U-Haul app is a nightmare. The truck itself was falling apart. The brakes were clearly on their way out. The only saving grace to the experience were the two gentlemen who took care of me when the app failed repeatedly to check me out and check me in.”
“Its in a convenient location. Very simple to navigate the offhour pick up and key drop off process via the online app. Trunk rented was easy to drive. My call at a late night (11pm ish) was taken cared quickly by one of the agents, and the assistant was nice and helpful. Price is reasonable. Highly recommend.”
