I’m not one to write bad reviews but this place probably deserves it.The associates working turn away their customers. I came in asking for a new phone / upgrade (pay in full). And I’m hit with the “go to apple across the street, buy your phone there, then come back here and we will activate it for you”Went to Apple, and they were able to happily help me. I don’t understand, do they not want a sale or even just help their customers?Will definitely not go back to that T-mobile for sure.

This has been the worst T-mobile store I have ever been into. Worst customer service: Jonh did not even asked what we’re looking for or bothered to help us with some information about what we were looking for. I wasted 30 min waiting for someone at this store, there’s not any respect to the customer. DEFINITELY I DON’T recommend coming to this store.

I've witnessed lost of lazy people in my 58 years, nothing more lazy then walking into this t-mobile location and see 4 employees won't mention race sitting at one table nobody in the store and they r just on their phones.I've been a t-mobile customer for few year's. My screen on my phone is damaged so I decided to buy a new phone. They didn't wanna get up instead the girl said to me"Your best off buying at best buys.

Hands down best location, I’ve been in here numerous times and have always been pleased with the service and respect they give me as a customer. I’ve read a few reviews from other customers and must say, all the times I’ve been in here and a customer needs something they don’t have in stock they refer you to local Best Buy as they carry a large stock. Everywhere has negative reviews but don’t let these push you away from a location that solves you're problem or has a solution to sole you’re problem. Keep being great people at chestnut hill T-mobile, see you again!!

I had the best experience at this Tmobile store ! I was switching from a I phone 7 + to a 14 promax . RAY and Emily were amazing ! They made the transfer of data happen in a smooth manner ! Also Ray and Emily are very nice and customer care is genuine & you feel so taken care of !

Beware: they are scammers. Do not go there!I added a new line to my T-mobile. there was a promotion to get a new phone "for free". So I asked for my new phone. a samsung S22.They brought the phone for me. "Kiara S" and "Emily C". But before they give me the phone they told me "why you want to get S22, just wait for a couple of weeks when S23 is out and you will get it for free, same deal, no extra charge". So I thought they are nice. So I went back in 17 days when the phone was out.Two other gentle men were there "Osnell and Christian" and guess what, they told me "Oh you cannot get free phone because it has passed 14 days from when you got the new line" !I explained to them what happened and they told me "oh they make a mistake but we are not able to give you your free phone , not S23 nor S22, because you missed the promotion". And asked me to contact costumer care.And guess what costumer care accepted the mistake but they offered me $100 dollar credit and not my free phone!Conclusion: these people are scammers. They will act nice but will try their best to scam you. and T-mobile is part of this scam.It's a shame what they do.I have files for small claims court and cannot file a "class action", you know why? because in the contract you sign "there is a paragraph that will bind you to not be able to file a class action.what a scam they are running.Really sorry to see these massive scams are running in US and congress is not doing anything about them.

The crew there is absolutely first rate. They spent the time to help me and other customers there as efficiently and pleasantly as possible. Excellent experience.So today I took my own advice and went back a week later. This time for my wife's phone.... Kiara was great, as was Christian.... Giving them a 5 stars, again!

I met with Julio this morning at the Chestnut Hill retail store to purchase two new cell phones and switch my service from ATT to T-Mobile. It was a very involved and time consuming process, but Julio made it all happen, no glitches. He was very knowledgeable about products, service and pricing options and explained the pros and cons to me clearly, succinctly, and respectfully, to guide me through to the best choice for me. He is a friendly, pleasant, patient customer rep and T-Mobile is lucky to have him. I’d also like to add that Emily, the store manager, is cut from the same cloth—knowledgeable, pleasant, helpful and customer-oriented.

I received great service as soon I walked in the door. Julio help me out with some of my billing problems I had, which was great! Also along with one of his coworkers help me decided on which phone i wanted next and no hassle at all.
