We went to the Brookline location and the service was outstanding. Our car was parked under a tree for a week and caked with bird poop. We got to the front of the line and the attendant sent our car to the side where a man power washed the car for 10min and then we went through the wash. No extra charge they just wanted to make sure the car was clean. Both people we dealt with were extremely polite and helpful. Not being hyperbolic it was the best car wash experience I have ever had.

UPDATE: I haven’t seen the “sorry…” sign for a while so hopefully they have done some work to improve the location. The line goes fast and the worker is also good, pays attention to customers so it’s fair that I update my rating - 5stars.
Previously: They might as well close this location, improve it and then reopen since this sign has been posted way too often. I’ve seen this sign only once at another location since 2017.
Save time and go to Brighton location.

Mediocre car wash at best. They offer towels and squirt bottles for you to use after you go through the wash. You’ll need them. Loads of dirt left on our vehicle, not just on the hard spots like the side mirrors.

An update: Scrubadub worked with me to get the payment for the repair sorted out and sent me a check for the full amount after discussing with the regional manager. They were easy to contact and work with to come to a solution. I’m not sure if I’ll return, but I appreciated their diligence and concern when I reached out!
Original review: I got my car washed here and the brush completely destroyed the paint job on my brand new car. I talked to the manager and he told me to “be careful not to drive near the bushes” (which makes no sense because this side of the car had never been anywhere near the bushes) and “if it was the car wash, everyone would be complaining.” I filed a complaint with the company and have yet to hear back, but if they don’t pay for the repair, this is not the last they will be hearing from me. Do not take your chances washing your car here, it’s not worth it!
