That is very unfair that the latest reviews are 4,5 years old. Since then, at least 2 crews fully rotated. Previous "all-girls" crew was very nice and helpful. They even drove to my home to assist me with opening my business account. Now there is "all-boys" crew, also very helpful.

Truly astounded by the lack of customer service at this branch. I currently work in Brookline so this location is very convenient. Upon walking in I was greeted by two young tellers. I stated what I needed and my reason for visiting and they proceeded to check the computer. I just needed checks which to my knowledge that is still a thing, people still write checks. The young girl who I believe her name was hilsa or something along those lines said no we cannot help you. So I inquired why, and she just kept stating no we cannot. I have worked in customer service and I have dealt with unruly and very rude customers I know how it can be. So even though I was frustrated after being told I cannot have checks to my account I remained calm and asked to speak to the manager. Her response was "he's going to tell you the same thing, he's in his office you can go there" as she laughed. she could not point me in the direction of his office or advise him that I wanted to speak. Just complete lack of mannerism and care. So I walked over to the managers office just for him to accuse me several times of blaming Santander for trying to protect me ? I have had my debit card replaced 5 times. In a total of 6 months not from losing it or misplacing but because Santander kept deciding that a debit card which had never even been activated was hacked. Not sure how this is possible but ok! Long story short I wasted a total of an hour and a half just to not have anything accomplished. Thank you Santander ! Your continuos lack of customer service

I loved Sovereign. And then it became Santander. I worked nearby so I frequented the brick and mortar services often. The tellers were awesome. Wish I remembered their names. A young African woman and an Indian man. Once, I forgot my money and they still had it for me upfront! Anyways. I kept having issues with the app. I would pay online but it wouldn't appear on the app so I was being charged. I decided to call their tech services and an old lady answered. She told me because I got the app through Google play, they weren't responsible for the app. ... What other places can someone download an app? She was totally clueless and when I started laughing she felt embarrassed. I finally had enough and came into this branch and closed my entire account with the manager. Or so I thought. I wish I remembered his name. He felt salty that I was leaving the bank and kept asking why. And when I told him, he scoffed and said that wasn't reason to leave. My reason for writing this.... TWO YEARS LATERRRRR. I find out he closed my checking and savings account but kept not my credit line? He card was deactivated but my understanding was the line was kept open. I got suspicious when I kept receiving Santander emails.... Anyways. I just closed it officially, over the phone, today with an Emily and a Kristen (in the retention center). Shitty management through-and-through.
