“I could not believe how beautiful the store was. I walked in, felt like it hugged me.❤️It was so amazing and the people there were so helpful and so kind.my dog looks beautiful and my little dog had to be shaved way down because he was so matted? I was uncomfortable to see him shaved down but I understood when Mindy explained to me that if you don’t shave them down, these can be very uncomfortable for the dog and irritate the skin.the hair will grow back This place is top notch, Josh and Coleen, David, and all the other workers there are fabulous. It’s been a great experience. I have walked into other pet stores in my long time owning pets never felt so welcomed.❤️”

“Love this store! Colleen and Brittany go out of their way to help me every week. I come here to shop on behalf of a food pantry so I buy a large quantity of wet and dry dog and cat food every time I come. They help me get the best deals to make our limited budget stretch far (our clients love the PSP store brand, which is the best pricing!) Colleen helps me fill my cart, Brittany organizes everything for me at the counter and they both help me load my cart back up, and then Colleen always helps fill my car. They always remind me to put in my phone number and earn rewards - and those add up!! The store is always clean and organized and easy to navigate. I always have a great experience shopping here on the weekends, when other stores are usually so busy and the staff can't make time for anyone. Here, you feel like you're the only customer in the store every time you ask for assistance. Colleen and Brittany work so hard to keep this place running well!”

“I visited last week when everyone was having internet issues, but the staff who was there that day was super helpful and friendly, chatted with us, and my partner and I had a great time spending $$ on our little pup on a huge assortment of treats. I was really impressed with the selection and WIDE ARRAY of options. The no-hides are awesome, happy to finally have a safe option to give my dog. The merchandising, displays, and colors, etc were all very well done. Great space!! I buy my dog only polkadog treats these days, and was happy the in-person shopping experience was just as fun. Absolutely visit if you can! Great prices too”

“I never shopped at Pet Supplies before but when I started dating my boyfriend, he took me the store in Medford. I can find most of the items I look for unless the items are out of stock. I also appreciate their shipment packaged well. In addition, the staff have always been helpful and friendly to my dog, who's always curious to sniff around the store.”
“Friendly staff. Always willing to help with any questions. Decent variety of small animal foods and supplies. I needed young rabbit food for a foster and was happy to find they stocked it. Sometimes toys are in limited supply especially when there is a sale. One of my favorite stores to shop in for small animals.”

“I'm here all the time with my dog and we both love it. They have a huge selection of treats and toys. The store managers are always so kind and helpful and willing to order supplies that they may not carry in store. We ordered a fantastic dog bed (that our cat can't get enough of either) and leashes and pop in every few weeks for treats and other regular supplies. Highly recommend as a local pet supply store!”
“I’ve brought my dog Sherlock in a few times for a bath and nail trim. Last time we got a call “do you like the grinch toes or should I trim those?” (referring to our dog’s fur on his feet). We kept the “grinch” toes and both Sherlock and we were happy about it!Also they have a great supply of dog treats (and catnip toys that I supply to my in-law’s cat out in Bolton).”
“I want to start off by thanking Anja and Alex for helping me today. I have been looking for metal cat food bowls so I can reuse them, and they took a lot of time and effort to find them for me. Absolutely the most kind and friendly people. The store is clean and organized. I came in looking for cat bowls and also left with a cat cooling mat just in time for summer. I’ve been to Pet Smart and Pet Co but the level of customer service was just so amazing here. They made an instant fan out of me and I will absolutely be returning. “This was our first time trying Dog Eat Cake as our local “barkery” closed. It did not disappoint! We drove an hour to pick up Max’s cake and it was totally worth it. The design was fun and unique (not your typical bone shape with minimal details). The cake was airy and moist. Max and his brother Leo loved it. It’s the best dog cake we have ever gotten! Dog Eat Cake will be our go to for both our pups!”

“I'm reviewing only for the grooming service. I had a really bad experience at PetSmart that left my Cavalier KC traumatized and in the ER; you can imagine I was pretty anxious in taking my baby back to a new place. Daniella is the only groomer there so she personally takes care of each dog from beginning to end. I explained all that had happened in the past and she was super understanding, texted and kept me updated throughout the service until the end plus my doggie looked so fluffy, cute and well groomed! I'm definitely going back to her! The price is also very reasonable so a plus on that as well! Thank you Daniella!”

“Associates were super helpful when I came in looking for cat-friendly treats to celebrate my girl's birthday! They went through every item at the self-scoop station and figured out which were dog-only and which were cat-and-dog. I was able to get a great assortment for really cheap, and I'll definitely be back to grab some treats for the pup.”

“I am a new dog owner and took my dog here for our first DIY grooming experience which was spectacular. The Labrador that i adopted hadn't been groomed in a while and needed a good amount of work. The staff took time to walk me through each step and made sure I didn't miss a spot. The amenities are updated and clean. The retail store has a good variety of every product you can think. Reasonable prices too. We will be back again soon!”

“Let me start by saying this is a five star review unless you have a fish. Hello, welcome to my review of the Popped Pouch. You will think this should be a one star review if you only had a fish, but you will not think it is a one star EXPERIENCE. It's a four Star experience plus one star if you have a cat or dog. This brings it to the fifth star. The P*** Porch has everything you'd dream of if you have dogful/catful fishless inside living. It's small but packed with canine and feline marineless necessities. Cool treats and quirky fun toys for pets as long as they are cats or dogs. They have one employee and sometimes that employee changes but the previous one comes back the next day and the newer one leaves until the first one is done with Jury Duty or whatever. They don't sell any fish food, or it might be in the back or something, just ask the employee if it's the first guy, he might say "no" though. I'm sure he says it in a nice way with a little animal pun joke.”
“I'm so glad this Unleashed location is in my neighborhood. The folks who work there are always kind and helpful, and we've built a nice rapport over the years. They carry both our cats' specialty foods, and have all of the regular semi-weekly supplies we need. We were very excited to introduce them to our new dog Didi when we visited on Sunday! She's going back with my wife for obedience classes starting next week.”

“Love this place!! My dog has been going to No Bones for over 3yrs and just loves it. Some reviews are disappointing because I've had nothing but a great experience with them. My LabX goes home tired every day, the staff is awesome walking them at least 4x a day and it shows. Some would say it's small but I've been to a few other daycare in the area and not much of a difference, plus you're able to see them in the open not hidden!! They definitely go above & beyond making beds for them every day making them happy and content!”
