Love this place!! My dog has been going to No Bones for over 3yrs and just loves it. Some reviews are disappointing because I've had nothing but a great experience with them. My LabX goes home tired every day, the staff is awesome walking them at least 4x a day and it shows. Some would say it's small but I've been to a few other daycare in the area and not much of a difference, plus you're able to see them in the open not hidden!! They definitely go above & beyond making beds for them every day making them happy and content!

Highly subjective, but in my opinion the best groomer in the area. We've been to lots of groomers around and No Bones About It consistently does the best job. And the staff are awesome.The only 'con' is that because they are awesome, they're often booked up 2 months out. They schedule out like a dentist's office now with like an appointment for you after your visit so it's not an issue for us.Pic of our 9 year old dog for reference.

Wonderful opens early they take the dogs on 4 walks throughout the day and the other dogs seem happy and playful

If you're in need of pet grooming, you are out of luck.. They informed me they are not taking new customers because "we're so overbooked." Too bad because I'm looking for a groomer for my new puppy. Oh well.

I went to this place because it was highly recommended by a trainer I was using for my terrier/corgi mix. She is a rescue and a fearful dog. I explained this to the owner, Karen, and she said she would be OK. I medicated her with pills from the vet, and they were able to groom her, and did a great job. I was advised to have regular grooming and I brought her to the day care several times to get her used to staff and other dogs. I then attempted to book another appointment for grooming and had to wait a month. I was told by Karen to bring her without medicating her, as she would probably do OK. I bring her in and pick her up hours later as instructed. They tell me that they bathed her and did her nails, but did not groom her, as she was "too difficult ". I was then told to call the next day. When I called the next day I was told not to bring my dog back for any grooming, as she was "taking too much time " and the owner was "losing money " spending time trying to groom my pet when she could have done several dogs instead of trying to groom my pet. Well, I found another groomer, and they were able to groom her with some patience. In summary, this place is good if you have a dog with no issues with grooming. They have their regular clients who appear to have pure bred dogs and are willing to spend a lot of money on daily day care and weekly grooming. They are not a place that will take time with a difficult animal and appear to be more concerned about income. I also noticed that at least twice, one of their workers was screaming at a dog that was barking excessively and another that was fighting with another dog. Large and small dogs are also thrown in together into a fairly small area. If you choose not to pay the $25 fee for day care when you bring your pet in for grooming, they will be crated for several hours. I am not recommending this place for anyone who has a dog with behavioral issues. While they say they are willing to work with you, they obviously do not.

I take both my dogs here and have always had a good experience. Antonia is a great groomer and always grooms my pups as asked. She genuinely cares about the dogs and will let you know about any issues she feels need to be addressed. I moved out of Brookline and continue coming in because I trust them with my girls.

I've been going to No Bones About It for the past 19 years. Karen Pacino, the owner, is my dog whisperer. She is extremely knowledgeable, and her staff is wonderful. Her pricing is very fair, from her doggy daycare, to her grooming services, supplies, etc. I love the doggie daycare in comparison to the others locally, because the dogs are walked every 3-4 hours, & of course more often for puppies. There is plenty of room for them to run & play indoors. Someone wrote a review that she is a racist. That is the farthest thing from the truth. She has hired people of all color throughout her 19 years of owning "No Bones About It". It's just the resentment of a former employer. I wouldn't let that impact your decision making. After 19 years of using her services, I believe she is the best in town!!!

They are very good with the dogs. Kind, friendly and skilled with grooming too. I have been taking our dog there for many years.

The manager/staff member didn’t have extra masks in store when I asked as I noticed I forgot mine when I drove over. I still put a thick car towel on my face walking in, yet the attendant there said they didn’t have a mask and that next time I should have it on. When I told her I forgot it and that I just asked her if she had some in store, she just snapped at me “how can you forget, it’s the law!” Extremely rude staff, physically walked out on the appointment. If you can’t even be nice to me, how can I trust you with my dog.

I worked there for a year and the owner, Karen Pacino, is a racist and a bigot. In 30 years, not once has she ever hired a minority or person of color.

This place is amazing, I called yesterday and they were able to fit me in the next day as a new client. I was greeted with a warm welcome, the staff there are all so nice and you can tell they absolutely love what they do. I will continue coming here. Amazing and great experience <3
