Very attentively, sincerely, reasonably service and price. My laptop was broken by screening shutter down and try to fixed it by it didn’t work, then I found this shop on Google. And just one day, I be got my recovered laptop! Mr. Zhang was very nice and generous. I d recommend this shop!

This place is fantastic. Have purchased new laptops here as well having tower and laptop pc's serviced. Raymond Zhang is a brilliant diagnostician, and if he cannot fix something, I would be surprised.

Raymond and his wife are wonderful - They are knowledgeable and totally honest. I needed a transplant of some sensitive data on an ancient and nearly dead computer onto something more workable. We selected a computer from their inventory and I was up and running in no time. If I could give six stars I would.

This place is probably the best place to get your laptop fixed in the Boston area. Their price is super reasonable unlike a lot of other places that over charges you and scams you. The people there are super nice as well. I would not go anywhere but here in the future for all my tech issues!

Very cute store that has computer accessories like mice and keyboards in a pinch. a lifesaver to have nearby when you're working from home during pandemic and your mouse dies

ICG Computer is great! My hard drive crashed and ICG was able to restore all the data and get my computer back up and running. Another time my keyboard froze and some of the keys were damaged. ICG did a great repair job. I trust ICG with all my home computer needs.

ICG Computer is the very best. Extremely competent and professional. Top notch service. I am an attorney and must rely upon my computers. They can do everything from building computers to your specifications to repairing difficult jobs. Honesty and fairness are their guideposts. I highly recommend ICG.

I needed a 25 foot ethernet cord for a project. Ran down to Micro Center at noon only to find out that they’re closed. They didn’t know when they’re going to reopen. Called ICG, they were open, they had the cord in stock I was in and out of there within three minutes. Nice people I would recommend to friends and family.
