The staff at the store were terrific, helping us to select the right mattresses for our needs, finding us the best prices and arranging to have them delivered directly to Vermont on the day after we moved. Jaylen and his delivery partner arrived when they promised and efficiently and quickly installed the new mattresses. They were a pleasure to deal with. I would give them top marks! “I can't recommend the Custom Shop highly enough. From the second I walked in, I knew Toni and her staff were professionals. They made new cushions for my mom's 20 year old stickley couch that I had contemplated getting rid of because the cushions were so uncomfortable. The new cushions are so comfortable and look great - it's like I have a new couch. They patiently explained and showed me the options for cushions and were a pleasure to work with. I will definitely go back to the Custom Shop!”

“We love going each year for Santa and the Christmas experience. However, the customer service side wasn't ideal. I came back to return a faulty Christmas decoration today, Jan 5, and I was immediately told by a sales person, pretty much as soon as I walked in with my Seasons 4 bag, that any Christmas item was a final sale. I said, " I saw the sign on the door that announced final sales on items purchased 12/18 and after,but this was purchased on 12/9." She then said it was likely final sale and to check my receipt because it probably said final sale. Nowhere did it say anything about a different return policy than usual (30 days according to website). Finally another person came over and was more understanding but wanted to check that indeed this decoration didn't work. After checking with batteries in the back, she said she would give me back my money. But rather than apologize, she said that next time I should ask staff to check that the item works with batteries before leaving the store. I will simply be more careful with what I purchase, because we love going each Santa season for the kids.”

“Not good, I paid in full for a set of dining room. I was told it would be delivered in 3 weeks. I got rid of my old dining room a week before the 3rd week. I paid for the dining room on 9/11/21, and on 9/2821, I called and I was told the manufacturer no longer made that set. No one called me. I went to the store; I was given all kind of excuses. Now I have no dining room to eat on and I am told that I will just be giving my money back. After three weeks now I am back to looking for another dining room, and the manger of that place does not seem to care. Not even an I am sorry fir your inconvenience. I would not send my friends there.”

First walk-in a couple of weeks earlier felt a little too pressured for me, but sale lured me back and all went well. $99 charge for getting mattress from front door to bed is too high (did it anyway), but that is only real complaint. Overall highly recommended.”
