Printed here for a couple weeks. There was usually something wrong about the prints, either printing in portrait when it should be landscape or printing the wrong quantities of something when given specific instructions. i didn't actually mind too much, everyone there is human and they were nice to me when i would go. i think the problem is management. one time i got prints back in a completely unusable fashion, so i tossed them and kept 1 sheet as a reference. i brought it back to ask for a refund and was told i was SOL unless i could produce the entirety of what was misprinted. on top of that, i was only to be refunded the cost of the prints, and not the cost of the paper, which i had bought myself. the people here are nice and try to be helpful in my experience but when the customer is punished for an employees mistake that is when i balk. can't recommend which is unfortunate because they might be the only game in town.

Super unhelpful. I wanted to print business cards and was told to use their kiosk to order online. Attempted to order online and got an error. Told tin order to correct the error, I needed to create an account. I created an account and still didn't work. I was then told I had to do it in-store for double the price. Fine. My order in-store pointed them to the template I created online on their website. The next day I got a call saying I needed to give them the file for the card. I told them I just used their online template and gave them the name of the template on their own website. I was told they don't have access to THEIR OWN WEBSITE and I would have to create a business card file (which I have no idea how to create). Finally took my business to Staples.

This is generally a quiet, hassle-free location where everyone is patient and polite. You are on your own with copying, but not all that much, as the staff will help you with problems. Chris Russell was extra helpful with feeding my enormous shred load into the barrels, so if you have documents that need shredding, go here.

Brookline needs FedEx but this office went really downhill. I've been using it for decades now, but the service is so poor and unprofessional. The employees helping customers are very rude. FedEx should reevaluate this Office and the working conditions that make their employees so rude to customers. I dare to go to this place anymore.

Very kind staff at this FedEx station inside of the Star Market. I was able to ship my package with ease. I was not aware that the FedEx was inside the building initially though! Signage was not noticeable.

I was dropping something off today at FedEx, to return. I was asked for my ID, I didn't ask why because I knew it was nearly closing time (I went in at 6:20ish and they close at 7), and I didn't want to be annoying. Then I explained that I had a packing slip, therefore I didn't understand why she needed my ID. I placed the package slip, and other paperwork on the counter, easily available to her. She placed her hand out, while continuously staring at the computer screen. She made motions like I was to place it in her hand. She looked at me, and I could feel like she was disgusted that I was there. Then, she asked, "hmm this going to Canada?" I replied yes. "Do you have other paperwork?" She asked. I did, the invoices, and handed them to her. She didn't have her arm reach out towards me, almost to meet me halfway, so that I didn't reach over the counter, I didn't want to "pop [her] bubble" as the kids say. Therefore, I overextended myself to make sure that she knew I was trying to be thankful for the service. I was utterly disappointed by the following actions: She ripped the receipt off of the roll. Now, she did this so swiftly that several receipts came out. Then she motioned like she was throwing it at me, like she was abhorred by my presence. Then she told me that I was all set since she'd tape it all up. I felt bad, I don't know what I did besides exist. I had tape, and if she didn't want to tape it, because it was a long day or something, I would have done it to avoid the following:She said, "have a good day!" I took the receipt, turned around to face the exit door, and I replied, "I hope you wake up on the better side of the bed tomorrow." Fingers crossed that she doesn't get angry with me because I replied, and I seriously didn't understand what I did to upset her besides breathe. And fingers crossed my package makes it to its destination on time. I refrain to use her name, since I'm sure this was an "off day" for her. I went there several months ago, or sometime last year. She was probably just starting out, and she was much nicer and respectful towards others.

Don't use this place. I ordered a single document printed and put in a binder, with no dividers, no color printing, nothing fancy. When I got home I realized they left off the last 30 pages. I called and asked if they could just print the missing pages and fedex them to me. They said yes, but it would cost a lot to have it fedexed. They ARE fedex. So now I have to waste the time I paid them to save. Worthless. Fedex used to have a reputation for great service. I haven't used them for a long time. What a mess.

I do not recommend the pront service because for 19 cents it will charge you 10 dollars and keep it onhold fo 5 business days, besides that it was nice, and also remember to have and ID with you they don't post anything without ID.

I came here to print a lot of documents for taxes, so I was already feeling kind of stressed out. Ed at the counter was so nice and helpful! He also gave me advice on how to do it more easily next time. Everything printed really quickly, too.
