I ordered flowers for Mother's Day on Thursday and had them delivered on Saturday. Flowers are beautiful and made my mom very happy as she was completely surprised. I spoke with Eric to confirm that they had received my order and was pleased with their customer service. I will definitely be ordering from EC Florist again

This business is not what it pretends be. A quick check using Street View on Google Maps shows that no "local family florist" exists at 224 Washington Street in Brookline MA. Reviews that warn against being scammed by EC Florist should be taken seriously. I had a bad experience a couple of years ago when I tried to order flowers from a supposed family florist in LA. My flowers were never delivered and I had to file a complaint with my credit card company to get the charge removed. I also changed my card just to be careful. That made me cautious. I was attracted to this phony operation because of the location and the way they present themselves online. They don't answer their phone, and they obviously don't run the kind of business they advertise. The place evidently houses the "Golden Chickpea Center," a shabby-looking after-school childcare operation.

I recently ordered the "Red, White, and You" bouquet from EC Florist, but I was disappointed with the quality. The roses were small and remained closed, wilting within days, along with the greenery and white flowers. Despite contacting them via email and phone, I received no response, and upon attempting to visit their location, I discovered it doesn't exist. Overall, I regret my experience and cannot recommend EC Florist to others.

I always purchase a plant arrangement for my daughter on Valentine's Day. I found EC Florist through a Google search. The images on the website looked gorgeous.
I am always hesitant to make an out-of-area purchase because many florists provide mediocre products around the holidays. I spoke to Eric, the owner, and felt comfortable that this transaction would go smoothly.
I placed my order online. The website was easy to use. The arrangement was beautiful and far exceeded the expectations based on the website image. The flowers were delivered on time. Thank you for such a positive experience!

If I could leave zero stars, I would. I ordered a bouquet to be delivered for my wife's birthday. The night before, I received an email saying they were delivered at 3 AM, which seemed strange. There were no flowers to be found. I called several times throughout the day and left messages on the voicemail because no one answered. Late in the day, I finally received a text saying that my flowers were delivered at 1 p.m. However, they were not delivered. I was home all day, and no one had come. Then I received a message saying they would be delivered at 10:41 PM and then another saying my order was canceled and I needed to contact the store. I have since tried calling and emailing the store for two days and have not been able to get through or receive confirmation that I would be refunded.

SCAM ALERT!! Just like the reviews below, the flowers were never delivered, the owner claims inconsistent vacation dates, does not answer the phone, and yet we received an email claiming that the flowers were delivered. Extremely shady, and probably illegal.

Scammed me, no delivery, no answer. Claims to be on vacation on another review, but no where on site does it say that are closed and why would you still be processing and promising delivery dates?!?!? I received an email that said my flowers were delivered, nothing was delivered!!! BEWARE and stay clear from EC florist!!!!!

Do not use this florist to send flowers to anyone in the hospital. They never made it and after contacting them 3 times have not responded to help or make it right! Terrible!

Perfection… again! The online ordering was easy to use. The flower arrangement was hand-delivered the same day and beautiful!
