I’m writing this as I’ve been waiting for a pharmacist to pick up my call for 35 minutes. I saw a doctor today who prescribed me a medication for coughing fits that I’m having. I checked on the CVS app to see the status of my prescription, and saw that it is “on hold”. I’m trying to reach a pharmacist so I can assure my prescription is filled by the time I get there, so that I don’t have to wait around the store for a half hour while sick in order for my prescription to be filled. Given that I’m still waiting for a pharmacist to pick up, I’m guessing that I will have to go to CVS to advocate for myself in order to get my prescription. I’m not sure what’s going on with this location but it’s starting to really affect us patients as well.

Dear CVS please hire more people to work in this pharmacy. Wait times to pick up a prescription are out of control.

The worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. They refuse to prioritize staffing. Days are added to fill times and wait items on lines (you will have to wait in more than one) are over an hour. I’m switching pharmacies today.

Severely understaffed, ridiculously long lines.

Chaos and incompetence is best way to describe this cvs. Unhelpful and clueless techs who could not even figure out how to get a prescription transferred from a different cvs. they don’t answer phone even after long hold times (20 mins). Lack of clinical knowledge is evident. There is always a long line to pick up and then they send you to back of a second line if there is a question. Using a copay card is like asking them to reinvent the wheel. They are a disgrace to cvs and not fit for purpose. The staff are rude and dismissive of customers. In reading previous reviews I see that none of this is new

Abysmal. Order wasn’t ready 3 hours after it was “promised”. Came back in the evening, had to wait in the pickup line, was directed to the drop off line, then told to go back to the pick up line. Over an hour waiting between 3 lines only for my prescription to be on the shelf behind the counter the whole time. I tried to tell the person behind the counter that I could see they were busy and I appreciated that they were on their feet all this time, but that this was ludicrous, and her only response was a look of malaise.

This was another terrible experience. I have notified my physician that I will no longer use this CVS. I first waited in line on Saturday at 2:30 for a prescription that was supposed to be ready Friday at noon. After a half an hour I could no longer wait so I left. I came back at 6:05 only to find that the pharmacy was closed. I came back on Sunday, again waited 30 minutes in line and was told my prescription was not on file and I had to go to the Drop Off window. After waiting another 15 minutes I was told that the prescription was was not ready and I should come back in a half an hour. After I expressed my displeasure (politely because it was certainly not the poor technicians fault) it was ready in 15 minutes.I am sorry to leave this store because it is so convenient to my apartment, but I cannot have to worry each time I need a prescription. You need to hire more staff.

Lines are ridiculously long. And, after waiting patiently in a long line, you are told there is no one to help you in that line - you must wait in another ridiculously long line. Staff does not care about the customer experience. Sad.

Understaffed and highly disorganized. They don't seem to be capable of simply filling my prescription and will blame my doctor or drug shortages for their own failures instead of taking responsibility. One prescription routinely takes 2 visits, a call to my doctor, and over 1 hour of waiting in line to obtain it.

Tyara in the pharmacy doesn't deserve a customer service job. She told me my eye drops weren't going to be ready for another hour, though her coworker was able to find them in 5 minutes. Her attitude was almost as ugly as her busted eyelashes and fake orange nails. It's on sight Tyara

This is truly the most incompetent pharmacy operation I have encountered. My husband had an important prescription sent here and after ONE WEEK they had not filled it. Eventually he had to wait for 45 min while they filled it as he waited. I had a similar experience with two other urgent prescriptions. They are so far behind, disorganized, and generally unprofessional. After being a customer for decades, I will be taking my business somewhere else.
