If I could give zero stars, I would. The teller was disguised as my mothers teller and called me by making it sound like she was in danger and was trying to sell me finance for lower rate by snooping into monthly mortgage rate bank account.They called at a really bad time and just pissed me off to hear that they were trying to sell me something, really low. This person needs to be retrained on how to talk to customer. If I happen to pass by the bank, I'll be sure to speak to the manager about this. This is bordering obscene phone call, shame o you.

This is such a terrible bank The problem they just don't give a f*** I made a deposit of $1,975.00 the atm read it as $19.75 I immediately web home emailed them about the mistake that was on 9/1 it is now 9/19 and no response I had been traveling and was unable to check the account until last night as. Said in the 18 days they had to respond they did not they bounced my homeowners policy check they changed me an overdraft fee I emailed them again last night still not a word this is a Shitty bank that offers crappy service and they just don't care

This concerns the branch on 429 Harvard Street. I am the Power of Attorney for my 95 year old father. For the past10 months i have been "working" with this bank to be able to transfer money between my Dad's accounts in order to pay his nursing home bills. This is being done long distance because I am in California and the bank is in Brookline, MA. Last month, Dianna Taksir, one of the special bankers, told me I needed signature cards to put with the accounts. She never sent them to me, then told me she was no longer my banker and promised to get me the name of my new "personal" banker. Never happened; never heard from her despite numerous phone calls and emails. Finally spoke with Mr Knotke, the manager of the branch. It took 2 weeks for them to tell me they could not locate my POA documents which had been sent twice before. After sending them the third time, I had to call his office (despite his promise to call me) again after not hearing from him. I was told by an assistant that despite their receiving a signature card from me (they only sent me one), I had to fill out a signature card for each account. Why didn't they just send me the paperwork as soon as they know this and why do I have to keep calling. Because I cannot access all the account, my father's bills are overdue through the fault of the bank. This is the WORST customer service I have ever experienced

This is not the place to go for opening a Business Account. I called this bank to ask about fees related to opening a Business Account and was told I should come in and open a business checking account and then they would tell me what the fees are. This is very poor treatment of small business owners like me.
