Shows as closing at 6pm on Sundays. Came in at 4:15 and was told they are closed. Three Chinese technicians just sitting there chatting up. Common really?!

I have been coming here for 2 years and I would not go anywhere else! Kevin and Linh are very attentive and always do a wonderful job on my nails! They keep the salon very clean. No complaints

Nina is Amazing even waiting for me to get there after Rte 9 traffic & Green line delays. I have been at least 5 times but as soon as I walk in, the Owner (female) has not been friendly or greeted me. As soon I walked in, " wash your hands" at least 3x. She's stressed or only when certain clientele enter. If you will yellto the Clients to wash their hands, have your Employees do the same. Have All Clients wash their hands, not just certain Clients. I am a Dental Nurse so I wash my hands often before donning gloves all day and I use hand sanitizer. The tone of voice is everything. After seeing patients, taking the T, then looking for parking, I expect a friendly greeting and a relaxing experience. All the Best Nina and thank you.

They never disappoint. They are by far the best. Let's start by saying the customer service is amazing! Their attentive and professional in their communication with the customer. They won't ask you a question and then talk about you in their language. They will give you the service you request. They are so efficient. The Pedicures are awesome and they are so up to date with what is trending. I also think their pricing is very reasonable.

Get there early as I found it hard to find parking. Park along the spaces on route 9, going back towards Boston. BE CAREFUL. I feel they are good manicurist, fast when its busy. I will try them again, but I love my pedicure. But if on a not so busy day for them, I hope they take more time with the process.

Really nice efficient and clean. I walked in and they were able to seat me fortunately. The nail tech was kind and quiet - not too chatty. I would have liked a little bit more of a massage, but this was just a typical pedicure. Not sure if they do any extras like paraffin dip or additional spa treatments. The prices are fair. I will be back!
