This branch is excellent to deal with during lobby hours. Excellent and friendly service. I would give a better rating except for the fact that the ATM is their only one within 2 miles and is currently not available outside of the 9-5 lobby hours.

One of the best Chase branches in Boston. Always busy so keep that in mind and book an appointment prior to walking in.
