I hired Berger adjusters for my claim and ended up getting 20x my original payout from my slimy insurance company. I can't recommend Andrew enough. He understands and knows these insurance companies far better than me and dealt with them in a professional yet aggressive manner so I really didn't get involved. Andrew helped us last winter ('14-'15) after the relentless snowstorms caused damage to various parts of our house in Newton (e.g., kitchen ceiling damaged by ice dams). He worked with us over the course of several months, managing various insurance agents and helping us recover a meaningfully larger sum than what the insurance company had initially offered, which was not sufficient for the full cost of the damage. We were happy with his support, promptness, and the return on investment.

Andrew was fantastic in working with our family for a claim on winter roof damages; he was responsive, thoughtful, and moved quickly. Our insurer had initially offered a claim that was much smaller than the cost of the damage, and thanks to Andrew's help, we secured a much larger claim from our insurer covering the full extent of the damage.
