I was there after a fender-bender (I was rear ended) and the rear bumper & a quarter panel had to be replaced.
While there, I had work done on my front bumper
Car was ready early and looked brand new”

“Mr. Wall is the sales representative who helped me. He is a cool guy with knowledge and passion about the cars. He is also very helpful and responsive during the entire process. Great experience of purchasing my first car!”
“I have had only good experiences here and highly recommend. They've always been fair with what they did and tried to find the best pricing for me. Owner very nice. Always quick service. Can't believe I'm giving a car service 5 stars but there it is... and deserved!”
“Been going to Shimons for years. Not only are they excellent mechanics they are TRUSTWORTHY people. A very rare combination in this industry. The only issue the word is out and they are too busy. That said they are worth the wait. This place is great.”

I drove over to Elias Audy's Mobile station on the corner of Cypress and Route 9. Even though both service bays were occupied, they were able to help me by pulling over to the side of the of the driveway and looking at my car there. I had a large screw in my tire which they removed and plugged, all in about 15 minutes and for only $20, and I was on my way! Amazing service and such kindness!”
“I’ve come here the last few times my car needed repair and they have done a great job. They answer all my questions and I’ve been making an effort to learn more about cars and how they work and they’ve been teaching me bits as I we go. They give great and timely service addressing all concerns. I highly recommend!!”

198 Harvard St, Brookline“Love this gas station. Omar, the owner, is such a lovely human being with a great sense of humor and good heart. He and his mechanics don't talk down to women, which is rare in this business. Always get my car inspected here, and am using them because they do great repairs at reasonable prices. Most recently had bought a set of new tires from the dealership, and one kept leaking. Dealer claimed there was no problem, so I kept filling it up with air every 2 weeks. Omar's fellows noticed it was almost flat and were very concerned. Didn't want to sell me new tires, like the dealer. Instead they resealed the tire for an incredibly low price and the problem is solved. What a relief. Also told them to do an oil change if needed, but they honestly said I had 5,000 miles to go before that was necessary. Unheard of in this day and age!”
“Drove into Boston to see a show on a Saturday. My VW MK5 R32 which has DSG trannie and Haldex 4wd was almost there when I started losing drive near the exit. Short version, I made it to Kneeland St, got off and it died. No drive, either forward or back. You could see transmission fluid underneath. Not a good sign. Called AAA and got a flatbed up to VIP. Unfortunately, they were by now closed so I filled out the form and left the car and keys. Worst case was the DSG needed replacing and costing $3-5K. Got to the hotel, went for dinner/drinks and saw the show. Got an Uber back home. The next day I talked to Adam who worked on the car. No trannie fluid in the transmission and the filter/filter housing needed replacement in order to fill it with transmission fluid to see if there was further damage. Cost of about a grand to see if it needed to cost more. Sure, roll the dice. Two days later they called to say all was good after waiting to get the parts and the DSG fluid. Needless to say I believe they do great work and at a reasonable price. This is a complicated car to work on and their diagnosis was excellent. Drove it back this AM and it drives great. Thanks!”
