I truly regret bringing my car here. The car broke down on Cypress and they charged me $130 for a diagnostic test that guaranteed does not take more than 10 minutes. Even if the hourly rate for labor was 130 there is no way they needed to charge me this much. The average cost of a diagnostic test is between 85 to 115$They are clearly trying to take advantage of a young woman who appears to not know about cars.

Performed really careless brake jobs on two separate occasions. I only got 3,000 miles out of my front brakes and 10,000 miles out of my rear brakes before they wore down (you are supposed to get 30,000 miles out of a brake job). My front brakes were still under their one-year warranty so replaced for free but rear brakes were outside the warranty. Any conversations as to why my brakes were going bad so quickly felt hostile ("we only use good parts here, maybe it's the way you drive") and lacked any detail/explanation. They didn't even bother looking into the root cause. Not trusting them, I took my car to a different garage for a second opinion and new rear brakes. When that garage took apart the braking system, they said it the issue was a poor brake job -- pads/rotors were just slapped on with zero cleaning/lubrication. Shameful.

I was headed to Martha's Vineyard and getting a late start. When I turned on my car, the low tire indicator was on for my front right tire. I drove over to Elias Audy's Mobile station on the corner of Cypress and Route 9. Even though both service bays were occupied, they were able to help me by pulling over to the side of the of the driveway and looking at my car there. I had a large screw in my tire which they removed and plugged, all in about 15 minutes and for only $20, and I was on my way! Amazing service and such kindness!

I broke my tire on the Jamaica Way, and needed a replacement. The good people here took my car and within 24 hours had a brand new tire. The price was fair and the service was excellent. Everyone was polite and very helpful. I highly recommend this business for auto repairs and inspections.

Liars. I went in today for a state inspection to renew my registration. They told me they couldn’t service my car because the windows were tinted. They said it was illegal in Massachusetts to have them tinted and I would have to remove ALL the tint on my car and then they could inspect it. I told them there was plenty of cars NEXT TO MINE with tinted windows and he still refused to see mine. Said he would lose his license if he did. My car windows are allow more than 35% of light in which is the legal requirement, and only the sides and rear windows are tinted because that’s LEGAL. So frustrated. What was supposed to be a quick inspection turned into a huge ordeal. I went to the VW dealer in Watertown and they gladly passed my car. First and last experience, shady.
