“I've been taking my Motorcycles to A-1 Parts in Brookfield for Years. I've Never had a problem with the work done on my cherished rides. Today I picked up my Honda VTX 1800cc R, after they performed numerous tasks for me this week, that I'm no longer capable of doing myself. Everything was done exactly as I asked, and every task was completed perfectly, they even found + ordered some after-market parts I've been unable to find myself,, anywhere ! When I see or hear people complain about this,,, and that,,, costs too much, labor is too high,, blah, blah, blah ! I have to LAUGH, it's a BUSINESS, They need to make a BUCK,,, And I'm Glad they are in our area to do the work, and get it done correctly, and in a timely fashion. As I mentioned I picked up my "Beast" and it's now riding like NEW again, and I couldn't be happier. Thanks A-1 ,, I'm ready for the season thanks to you.”

“Paul has been my mechanic for over 20 years. Quick story to show what a great guy he is: when I was younger and living with my mother (who had serious health issues) we lived up the road from his shop (about 1/4 of a mile). When I wasnt able to bring her car to the shop for her Paul would walk and pick up her car for her and once it was done would drop it off and walk back. You just wont find this type of thing with mechanics and certainly not the OWNER of the shop doing it.
Paul is an honest mechanic with service that is top notch. When I have something I cant do myself he is my first call. Don't hesitate to come here! If it was possible Id give 10 stars!”

As long as u call them an give em a heads up. Unlike LKQ over in Webster, there a corporate company, and have all these rules an laws! HELLO! It's a junk yard not the new York stock exchange. I bet you the CEO of LKQ grew up with a silver spoon in his or her mouth, and if he or she ever stepped foot into a junk yard, there 2000 dollar Penny loafers would be coverd

When we got around to bringing the deposit, someone else had bought it yesterday. Not Jim's fault. He prices significantly below Kelly Blue Book, so his cars MOVE.”
“I would give them 10 star review if I could. I brought my car there to get the bumper and headlight fixed after my car was hit. I got my car back and not only did they fix my bumper and headlight but they replaced the other headlight, repainted most of my car and even buffed out cover ups the previous owner had covered with nail polish. To my surprise it was completely cleaned out and vacuum also. I was beyond happy with their work. If I ever have to get auto body work done again, (hopefully I won’t have to) I will definitely be bringing it back there.”

Brenda the owner is an angel - she went above and beyond when my car was totaled while traveling from out of state passing thru Mass. she gave me a hug and bags to take all my belongings in. She gave me advice all along the way which was a huge help since this has never happened to me. She treated the situation as if it were her own. Her team was so nice - they gave my 3 yr old a snack and they set us up with a rental car delivered to us! They made an awful event so sooo much better. Everything was so quick and we were back on the road within 2 hrs which is unreal! They helped take off the camping rack and held it so my father in law could travel to get it. Also mailed some small belongings I left in the car back to me. Like I said - cannot thank them enough !!!! Above and beyond service - I felt like God put her in my path for sure ❤️ Thank you Brenda and team !”
“I had to have my car towed from Belchertown on New Years day, the garage I normally go to has been closed now do to retirement so I dropped the car at Dulaks.I went down the next morning and although they were absolutely slammed with work they got to my car that afternoon and I had it all fixed within 48 hours.I had some problems that they found as well and saved me from potential problems. After 25 years with another Mechanic, he could not fix my entire original exhaust system & muffler at 240, 000 miles in time for my inspection sticker in August. I would have been rejected.
