Waited 3 weeks to get my bike in the shop. Waited another month and didn't get any updates and come to find out they hadn't even touched it yet. Don't bother you won't get your stuff worked on.

I've been taking my Motorcycles to A-1 Parts in Brookfield for Years. I've Never had a problem with the work done on my cherished rides. Today I picked up my Honda VTX 1800cc R, after they performed numerous tasks for me this week, that I'm no longer capable of doing myself. Everything was done exactly as I asked, and every task was completed perfectly, they even found + ordered some after-market parts I've been unable to find myself,, anywhere ! When I see or hear people complain about this,,, and that,,, costs too much, labor is too high,, blah, blah, blah ! I have to LAUGH, it's a BUSINESS, They need to make a BUCK,,, And I'm Glad they are in our area to do the work, and get it done correctly, and in a timely fashion. As I mentioned I picked up my "Beast" and it's now riding like NEW again, and I couldn't be happier. Thanks A-1 ,, I'm ready for the season thanks to you.

Very helpful staff! They have a lot of parts in stock and if they don't have it they get it fast. I've had bike oil changes and my boat shrunk wrapped here and have been happy with the work. I'm definitely happy to support this local business!

A1Parts is very unprofessional. I talked with my father today and he mentioned that he left many voicemails to them and had not heard back about the status of his bike in a very long time. I had called last month asking about my fathers' bike concerning the status of putting and or fixing the camshaft and carburetors and was told you guys were waiting on a part so we decided to wait because that is all we could at the time. I am very disappointed that I called today and was told that the reason why my dad's bike had not been worked on is that they, "did not have the ability to take the time to do the job correctly and only have one mechanic full time". I spoke to the only full-time mechanic and that is what I was told by him. But nobody told us how long it would take, and or provided any time frame for the Suzuki to be fixed. I find it very unprofessional and no apology was even made. My dad has been waiting more than a month. I will be discussing with my father what he wants to do with his bike since it has been sitting there for weeks with no update at all. At least a phone call should be made notifying him of what is going on instead of him having to wait, calling the business, and waiting to hear back. My dad is an elder! I understand that the pandemic hit businesses very hard, places are backed up and the other reasons I was told over the phone as to the hold up of why my father's bike has not been worked on. However, for future reference, businesses should communicate effectively with their clients and provide feedback properly. Very unprofessional.

Do not bring this guy a boat. He has no idea what he is doing, he just keeps replacing parts and hoping the problem gets fixed. He had our boat for 8 months to fix a rough idle, stallng problem and to wrap it for winter storage. I drove by the shop in february and the boat still wasn't wrapped, although it had already snowed several times over the winter. I called to complain and they said that they couldn't wrap it yet because the work wasn't finished, but assured me that they were clearing the snow and making sure it was dry. When they finally said the boat was ready in March I discovered that the cover had ripped from snow weight and the entire inside was wet and covered in mildew. After cleaning up the damage they had caused the best I could I tried starting the boat and it won't even start. I paid these people over $1000 to fix a problem that they didn't fix and in the process they damaged the interior of the boat. I'm pretty sure the radio is ruined from the moisture as well. So by the time I get the cover fixed and get a new radio I'll be in to them for close to $1500 and I still need to bring the boat somewhere else to fix the original problem.

went in in March 2021 to make a appointment for both my quads. 1 needed a new brush gard and winch that's it. it ran perfect. didn't want anything done but a new brush bar and winch. the other I had just bought used wanted it completely gone through new oil change all fluids etc and I told them the steering seemed stiff and thought something was wrong. couldn't get me in til middle of June ok no problem I'll wait. drop off in in middle of June over 2 months goes by they said 1 of my machines was ready the one that needed more work I go pay $1000. said they did shocks all 4 brakes all 4 ball joints etc etc. ok. but never did a oil change or put new tires on like I asked. get it home do 1 lap around my field and rear wheel falls off. fix that take it for a real ride steering is still extremely stiff and every bump feels like something in front is broken. bring that quad to someone else the brand new shocks are blown. in October I stop to check on quad that only needed a brush gard and winch. told mechanic isn't in they'll call me on tue. and a kid in shop said he just went through it all that week all fluids were good etc. I said I didn't want any thing but a brush gaurd and winch. mid Dec now still haven't heard anything go there to see what's going on they tell me they haven't gotten to it yet. yet tell me they gotten snow mobiles in and out. tell them I want my machine. they call few hours later said I can pick it up go to get it's sitting outside and won't even start. was running fine when I dropped it off 7 months ago. now I have to bring it somewhere and see what they did to make it not start. worst service ever.
