Good luck navigating their automated system. Had to be one of the most frustrating things I have ever had to do. Got a new credit card and tried setting it up on auto pay. I don’t think there is a more hated business on the planet. Good luck.

Horrible customer service they don’t listen to you and act like a robot. I knew my problem and had to wait three days to even get help… think it’s time to find a new service provider.

Just returned a modem to Westgate Xfinity and picked up a new remote. In an out of the store in 2 minutes!

I have to say that Xfinity is the worst service out there. In the 10 years we’ve been with them, nothing but problems and stupidity, “the best out there, #1” stuff is junk and a joke. Stop saying Xfinity/ Comcast is the best cause if you say that you’re just as blind as the company itself. Tonight I try using it, “Yikes, that didn’t work”, can’t go to my Wifi settings, or even to the home page, so WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO SIT HERE AND TWIDDLE WITH MY FINGERS?!?!? No outages in my area and bill is paid, completely unhelpful and a cluster to use. In 10 years I have NEVER been happy with my service, of course my neighborhood only uses Comcast, I’ve begged the housing management for years to let me get Verizon or another service but of course it’s always a no. I hope one day I have enough money to buy out this company and shut them down, it’s an absolute joke, if you have the chance please get Verizon don’t use this joke of a service. Every time I think of Xfinity I cringe at the thought of them, their support line should be considered a crime, it’s almost like their employees are purposely trying to make you angry, I’d rather throw my modem out the window then call their line. Can’t wait until the day I’m able to get rid of them!

Horrible, just the worst. I strongly recommend you all drop comcast/xfinity. A simple question turns into an hour long j*** around in their automated system. Then when you finally get a human, they don't know what they are doing and transfer you to somewhere else where the call never gets picked up. Tried calling this store, nobody there is qualified to do their job. I'm cancelling my entire services with this #1 worst ranked customer support team in the entire world.

No one is trained to do their job at this company. From customer support to the personnel at this location and the Weymouth location. I went in to return 3 set top boxes because I was supposed to have been sent 3 WiFi 4k boxes and wasn't. The person at this location took care of the return and then set up another order for 3 WiFi 4k boxes. I received no notification or order confirmation for this order. A few days later I found out they didn't place the order correctly because I was receiving 3 non-WiFi 4k boxes. Again, no one know what they are doing!

Terrible I'm five days without internet I went to the store three times they scheduled with a technician for today Friday from 10 to 12 and so far nothing bad quality

I prefer discussing issues with a live person. Even customer service on the phone ends up telling you to go to your local store. I was annoyed at first but the people and service at Westgate mall store is top notch. They listen, are courteous and the experience was excellent. Highly recommend.

I have called a couple of times and the electronic idot would not connect me with an agent. I paid my bill and the bank confirmed the bill was paid but the Xfinity bill shows an amount due. Your system for phones is terrible. I am not happy. You get minus 10 stars for customer service.

I would stay at 3stars because the employees are good there , they are very smart..Now for the cleaner well you guys need a better cleaner , I believe the one you had there everyday years ago did awesome always happy brings out the place.. you guys need a great cleaner - I do great ? job.. Hire me
