the customer service here is horrible. these employees are the worst xfinity has to offer. starting with the management i’ve dealt with her first hand and she’s a disgrace. the rest follow pursuit.

I don't necessarily blame the staff at the xfinity store. But xfinity, in general, has a lot to be designed for customer service.

Went into the store and worked with Shelly. Got a home internet plan that included a phone line for one year free as a promotion. Got a bill for this “free” line. Went in to see her and she said she has to put in a “chat” to “someone” to push the promo through. That was four weeks, three visits to the store and speaking to 2 managers ago. I went in to speak to a manager and was told nine people in front of me so I asked for corporates number. Called them and they said the only promo on that line was ten dollars a month to be paid for the line. They credited me back all the money I paid into that line and apologized for my experience. Already had anxiety because of my previous experience with sprint giving me a free product and I got charged a whole bunch of fees. I was nervous but Shelly seemed cool and like she had my back. I’ve learned my lesson definitely this time.

No signs to direct you. Seemed more like the RMV. Long wait just to drop off equipment and pick up already ordered new stuff.

A lot people waiting. 4-5 employees and just 2 working with the people , unbelievable the other 3 gossip in the corner and laughing but the people waiting .

Waited an hour in the store to be seen, told the rep 3 times all i wanted was to be able to watch Celtics games. Instead they signed me up for netflix, no celtics games, and tried to sell me an apple watch SMH. Me or anyone i know would never buy anything from yall store.

This store is a joke. The 800 number is a joke. Why is it so difficult to recieve any help from Comcast????? They billed me $200 for service that I cancelled, now I have a credit and they won't give me my money

The automated system is awful, basically it pushes you into chatting with a virtual assistant instead of a human and that was also awful. I felt like I was having a conversation with some who wasn’t listening to a word I said. It is so frustrating!
I’m just trying to find out how to replace one of my cable boxes because it just randomly shuts off.
It’s ridiculous what you go through with this company to get any kind of services.

First time customer for about 40 days now. I upgraded my plan about 3 days ago for $50. I open a new tap in my browser today in private mode and noticed a plan ~233% more speed for the same price.
The store couldn’t help me switch so I was directed to chat support. Spent about 3 hours with the runaround, even after sending the link to the plan. Never got a flat “no you can’t switch” just constant offers for alternatives.
This is unacceptable and hiding the other plans was probably done by design.
The store is nice and the staff are friendly.

I went in today to set up a new account for Internet at my apartment. I was immediately greeted at the door and set up to work with a representative once one was available. The store is extremely clean. I was then greeted by Destiny who couldn't have done a better job assisting me. She assessed what I needed and went through all the steps to make sure I had what I needed. She was super friendly, very conversational and was a pleasure to work with. I went home and set up my modem in a matter of minutes with zero issue. They also gave me a free charge stick which was a welcomed gesture. Perfect experience all around.

Good luck navigating their automated system. Had to be one of the most frustrating things I have ever had to do. Got a new credit card and tried setting it up on auto pay. I don’t think there is a more hated business on the planet. Good luck.

very bad service from the attendants. They do not show a desire to help. I don't advise you to go to this store.
