The automated system is awful, basically it pushes you into chatting with a virtual assistant instead of a human and that was also awful. I felt like I was having a conversation with some who wasn’t listening to a word I said. It is so frustrating!
I’m just trying to find out how to replace one of my cable boxes because it just randomly shuts off.
It’s ridiculous what you go through with this company to get any kind of services.

First time customer for about 40 days now. I upgraded my plan about 3 days ago for $50. I open a new tap in my browser today in private mode and noticed a plan ~233% more speed for the same price.
The store couldn’t help me switch so I was directed to chat support. Spent about 3 hours with the runaround, even after sending the link to the plan. Never got a flat “no you can’t switch” just constant offers for alternatives.
This is unacceptable and hiding the other plans was probably done by design.
The store is nice and the staff are friendly.

I went in today to set up a new account for Internet at my apartment. I was immediately greeted at the door and set up to work with a representative once one was available. The store is extremely clean. I was then greeted by Destiny who couldn't have done a better job assisting me. She assessed what I needed and went through all the steps to make sure I had what I needed. She was super friendly, very conversational and was a pleasure to work with. I went home and set up my modem in a matter of minutes with zero issue. They also gave me a free charge stick which was a welcomed gesture. Perfect experience all around.

Good luck navigating their automated system. Had to be one of the most frustrating things I have ever had to do. Got a new credit card and tried setting it up on auto pay. I don’t think there is a more hated business on the planet. Good luck.

Horrible customer service they don’t listen to you and act like a robot. I knew my problem and had to wait three days to even get help… think it’s time to find a new service provider.

Just returned a modem to Westgate Xfinity and picked up a new remote. In an out of the store in 2 minutes!

I have to say that Xfinity is the worst service out there. In the 10 years we’ve been with them, nothing but problems and stupidity, “the best out there, #1” stuff is junk and a joke. Stop saying Xfinity/ Comcast is the best cause if you say that you’re just as blind as the company itself. Tonight I try using it, “Yikes, that didn’t work”, can’t go to my Wifi settings, or even to the home page, so WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO SIT HERE AND TWIDDLE WITH MY FINGERS?!?!? No outages in my area and bill is paid, completely unhelpful and a cluster to use. In 10 years I have NEVER been happy with my service, of course my neighborhood only uses Comcast, I’ve begged the housing management for years to let me get Verizon or another service but of course it’s always a no. I hope one day I have enough money to buy out this company and shut them down, it’s an absolute joke, if you have the chance please get Verizon don’t use this joke of a service. Every time I think of Xfinity I cringe at the thought of them, their support line should be considered a crime, it’s almost like their employees are purposely trying to make you angry, I’d rather throw my modem out the window then call their line. Can’t wait until the day I’m able to get rid of them!

Horrible, just the worst. I strongly recommend you all drop comcast/xfinity. A simple question turns into an hour long j*** around in their automated system. Then when you finally get a human, they don't know what they are doing and transfer you to somewhere else where the call never gets picked up. Tried calling this store, nobody there is qualified to do their job. I'm cancelling my entire services with this #1 worst ranked customer support team in the entire world.
