I definitely have a newly found appreciation for Walmart employees. I decided to buy a 65' TV right around closing time, then after fiddling around with it for for far too long, realized that the box will never fit into my sedan, and I was far too nervous to strap it on to the roof of my car for fear it might fall off. Fast forward to 10:45 pm, and I made a last minute decision to swap it out for a 55' inch model instead. Maria, Keevon, Karina, and Jonathan couldn't be more gracious, and readily assisted me with exchanging the TV at the very last minute. Those guys are the real heroes of customer service. Thank you guys! Amazing crew!

Had an amazing experience thanks to Cooper in electronics who was SO helpful (and incredibly patient), while my boyfriend fussed over what phone to buy. He gave great recommendations for what he needed, and bent over backwards to make sure he knew what were going to be the best purchase option(s). As good as, if not better than, anyone at any cell phone/tech store!! Can't recommend more highly, thanks Cooper!

The lines are getting too long at registers. I only had small things. When I went to electronic section no one is there. I ask the employees for register and he act like I'm dumb. I ask him again and he finally did it.

Not a Walmart Supercenter. Needs updating I think the last time this one was updated was about 10-15 years ago. I have been to much better Walmarts. I myself am more of a Target person but Walmart is a little closer and cheaper. This walmart is always busy and there is no self checkout. Not much food to choose from. Probaly my least favorite Walmart.

This is a poorly run and highly disorganized establishment. I went to return diapers that were no longer the correct size and they told me I would need to come back for three days straight to return each box of diapers. Pleas take your business to the Avon branch, they were not able to provide a store policy in which they confirm this information. In the end they returned one more pack of diapers but I am sure this is because I was on hold with Human Resources at the store and they were unable to provide documentation of this policy that is unique to this branch.

On this particular day I visited the Brockton Massachusetts Walmart curious if there is an example of poorly managed disorganized operating contrary to establish Walmart policies in other areas this is it I've been shopping in Walmart for over 30 years I've never gone to a Walmart which had a cash register in a department in the store where they did not ring you up as a courtesy. I went to the pharmacy with three I repeat three jars of peanut butter and I was refused to be rung up and sent on my way so I left the peanut butter there. Every other Walmart which has a register in a department will allow you to bring items to it to be wrung out at their register avoid this Walmart at all costs. I will never go there again

This walmart only for people in the hood has no boundaries for others but their own kind. Th3 supervisor is ghetto and never answer the phones..
And lines always long with a few cashiers. This store full gang members children I refused shop or go there. My last transactions was a check and staff name JJ must need my $10 he stole from my check..I don't recommend this store until u want deal with ghetto black people.
I'm I'm somone I refused shop or interact with th3se despite if they my same race. Every black and Latinos sisters and brothers ain't a sister or brother.

It was very pleasant to visit the Brockton store. Their handicapped cart was fully charged. They had a lot more Christian some of the other Walmart's. It was very neat and clean and the employees were pleasant.
