Waste of space. Pharmacy technicians do not care if you don’t have your medication. I tried having a script transferred, ended up taking 3 days. Pharmacy techs don’t care, aren’t helpful and get mad at you when you try to complain. I was a pharm tech once and am appalled, I would never have treated customers like how I was treated there. I finally got my script transferred, waited a few days for my paycheck to kick in, and it was put back. Vindictive. Don’t go here, they will laugh at you over the phone. Pharmacist doesn’t get paid enough to care.

Went to Walgreens just to used that $5 coupon…ended up having to call customer service because of treatment and $2 (which I did get back from online customer service)…I really can’t believe that they would rather lose a customer over $2, but I am out.

Absolutely love this store. The staff is so nice and the location is so convenient. I use them for my whole family’s medicines. (Except my youngest who has an insurance they don’t take and unfortunately I have to use CVS for his)

I went to Walgreens 771 Centre St Brockton on March 13th to pick up my medications that they called me and said it was ready. When I got there, the lady told me they do not have enough and make me pay the medication in full but gave me only 5 pills and asked me to comeback on Wednesday to pick up the other 25 pills.I went there on Friday March 17th around 8:30PM but there are two rude ladies who work there, they disrespect me stating that I have been given the medication, like I am trying to cheat Walgreens for a $15 copay medication. I have been going there for years spending a lot of money at Walgreens but these two rude, disrespectful ladies accused me of lying.On the bottle itself, the pharmacist who originally gave me the medication, cross out 30 and wrote down 5 so they know that she only gave me 5 pills.There were customers there and one of the rude ladies from far away screaming at me with a kind moquery several times that I should go home and bring the other bottle of medication that she assumed they gave to me and left it home like I am trying to cheat Walgreens.I feel very disrespected and disappointed of Walgreens.Why would they do that?I don't know, only these two ladies know why. These ladies have double standards. I watched them both in actions, when they are serving a white person, they are very talkative and nice, but look down on black person. I gave her the old bottle she didn't even checked my name on the computer but asking me if I have insurance. I told her yes and pulled the card out of my wallet but she didn't even looked at it. She was clearly trying to embarrassing me in front of the other customers by asking me those questions very loud and far away.Fortunately, the supervisor who is an Asian looking is different and very respectful, he was very calm and talk to me discretely to protect my privacy, not the other two rude ladies.I hope Walgreens send these two ladies somewhere for training because this is very damaging for the company.

There computers have been down for 2 days in a row so everything is cash only. There is only 1 register working at there pharmacy so they are very slow. Seriously considering taking my business elsewhere

I visited this location today, and never again will I come back. As someone who works for the company, it’s sad to see another associate have terrible customer service skills. Fix your attitude/delivery or don’t come to work. The associate was nice to every other customer but me and made me feel d*** about the advanced pinpads. The associate was also by himself from what I saw.

What happened to this location?! This was one of the better stores and pharmacy, it definitely took a nose dive once Sam the pharmacist left. It’s super unorganized, a lot of the the staff have no idea of the pharmacy, they all give you different answers to your questions, it’s really an unconventional way of operating a pharmacy. I understand the stress of a pharmacy but come on, some of the attitudes are ridiculous.. they’re frustrated how do you think the customers on the other end feel.
