Guy from photo-booth Dean. First of all He do not how to talk to customers. I went there for my fedex pickup and my packet was not there and i politely asked that can you check one more time because i got message from Fedex saying my parcel is here from yesterday. but he was not cooperating with me at all. And talking rudely to me. I have called Fedex customer service number and Fedex people wanted to talk to him regards package but he was not ready to talk to them on phone. After insisting so many time he talked and THREW 2 packages on table saying “ can you see mam i do not have your package”.

On Sunday 2/26/23 we stopped at Walgreens at 9:52pm and they already had the doors locked even though it says online that they’re open till 10pm. I just had to get melatonin which would take 2 minutes and instead I had to drive 10 minutes to a further Walgreens to get it which cost me 30 mins total for something that could’ve been done in 10 mins at my local Walgreens.

I would not fill your medication here at all. There have been too many occasions where there is an issue with one of my prescriptions and instead of the pharmacist reaching out to me or my doctor to clarify the script. I have to run out my medication first. I've been filing my medication here for a few years and it seems like in the last few months that the professionalism of the staff has gone to hell. They do not verify quantities, they do not inform prescribers that certain meds require prior authorization. I had to initiate my own prior authorization then I was charged $43.00 to refill a medication that had not been filled correctly. I am beyond disgusted with the lack of effort to clear up discrepancies and as a cancer care health care worker who deals with med/script errors all the time I would never treat any of my patients the way that I've been treated. Everyone makes mistakes but it is up to the pharmacist to verify and correct obvious prescription errors and notify the patient of the error.

Do I have to rate one star? How about zero? If you are lucky enough to find a pharmacist on duty (yes, believe it or not, they often cannot even get staff to work), good luck with them answering the phone. After waiting on hold for 15 minutes, I had a family member call on another phone. Five minutes later, someone picked up my call and smashed it down. So, I called back on my landline and on my cell phone. We have 3 calls on hold now. When, 10 minutes later someone finally picked up, I told her that someone had smashed the phone on me. Oh, I don't know who could have done that she said. And while the message kept saying they were helping other callers, they told us how many calls were ahead of us and it was our other 2 phones! Whatever happened to customer service? It's a different world and they just don't care.

Store on Pleasant st, Costumer service is bad. They are not client friendly. I went to the store Thursday August 18 in the morning to exchange a cream. Cashier number 980840 wasn't polite and her manager was rude.be a good idea to improve the business with the staff

Had to pick my meds up today, no one in the store, it took me 25 minutes , the lady in charge was on a bathroom break, and the girl at the register , said she needed to talk to me about one of my scripts. Upon her arrival back at the pharmacy, a car pulled up at the window, she rushed over to help her, meanwhile I’m still waiting to get my scripts. She talked to me for a minute, then I paid for my scripts, the cashier was kinda nasty! I wish I didn’t have to use this pharmacy, but my insurance is through them.
