Do I have to rate one star? How about zero? If you are lucky enough to find a pharmacist on duty (yes, believe it or not, they often cannot even get staff to work), good luck with them answering the phone. After waiting on hold for 15 minutes, I had a family member call on another phone. Five minutes later, someone picked up my call and smashed it down. So, I called back on my landline and on my cell phone. We have 3 calls on hold now. When, 10 minutes later someone finally picked up, I told her that someone had smashed the phone on me. Oh, I don't know who could have done that she said. And while the message kept saying they were helping other callers, they told us how many calls were ahead of us and it was our other 2 phones! Whatever happened to customer service? It's a different world and they just don't care.

The best Walgreens love going there to shop for things i need i shop atlest 2 to 3 times a day before these evil virus started but the are always there to help you everyone who works there is always kind and pleasty withba smile on there face no matter how bad there day is i have never had any problems with these store or any of there workers the go out of there way to help us .the pharmacy workers work very hard for all over us and no matter what kind of day the have there always looking out for there customers never ever had a bad experience or has my family who i have send to them they deserve so much more they work so hard and to deal with customers who treat them badly daily .i have had great experience and there all kind and ❤ to all of us i wanted to thank them all and tell them all of you workers are doing such a amazing job Thankyou Walgreens.❤????

Very poor customer service in the pharmacy department. Techs are down right rude. Done having this Walgreens fill my prescriptions. Back to CVS.

Whoever is staffing these pharm techs needs to seriously reconsider their hiring practice. These people seem to only do the bare minimum. If they aren’t able to fill your prescription they wait a day to tell you. Instead of giving you the choice to take your prescription to a more competent pharmacy. Avoid this Walgreens like the plague.

This is the only store that appears to carry online products as advertised and thank God I needed a special item and was so happy they had it here after going to several other pharmacies and even home Depot and Petco thanks Walgreens pleasant St for actually having the item in stock this location was a life saver
