It is impossible to get anyone from the store on the phone. I went to fix my glasses around thankgivinbut they didnt have my frame so they had to order a new one. Ok fine, but weeks go by and i hear nothing i call half way through December to see if my order had come in, nope the frame was discontinued and they didnt tell me. They need to order a similar pair and theyd have it as soon as possible and would put a rush on it. I work for the hospial i have been unable to see for going on 3 months. Normally they are very good which is why i gave two stars but being impossible to get in touch with and this wait is unacceptable

Don't make an appointment if you have mass health unless you want to pay for it.

I had the best experience thanks to Deneisha who went above and beyond to help me with my insurance. It was an absolutely delightful experience. Great customer service is so rare these days that I felt compelled to post a review. Deneisha is outstanding and deserves to be recognized. I hope management passes on what a great job she does I am very thankful.

My frames broke in the weirdest way possible and I don't live in MA so I went to this visionworks. Jules was amazing, the first pair of frames she picked out I loved and fit my lenses perfectly! She even adjusted them once and they fit perfect. Good eye girl, she is the sweetest and deserved some recognition for her great help. Thank you to all the nice employees there as well :)

My appointment at theVisionworks at the Westgate Mall in Brockton was a great experience. Courteous, attentive and respectful, their team worked well together to give me my exam and set me up with new glasses in a very welcoming and stress free environment. I have been waiting for my trial contacts to come in. I physically went to the store after a month of waiting because the phone system does not work and I can never get through. They said the lenses were never ordered and they would expedite it. It’s almost been two weeks and I still have not received a call. I tried to call again and no luck. I would much rather pursue an eyeglass store that I can call and reach an actual person.

To the owner of Brockton Visionworks:A few weeks ago I posted a negative review of your place. I was not too happy with 2 recent experiences with your customer service people.I have to be fair and tell you about this experience today. I finally picked up my new pair of glasses. It took less than 5 minutes. The young lady at the desk was very prompt, professional, and thorough in her duties. I am 100% satisfied with this experience and of course my new glasses. I have deleted my previous post. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I will be returning!

I will not be going back here. I received my last pair of glasses and within a year, the lenses were delaminating, and I should also mention this was after I had a malfunction with the frames too. When I brought this issue to the attention of the manager with glasses in hand and clearly the lenses were visibly defective, the manager lady said there was nothing that could be done. Had she looked into it just a little bit, she would've found that my insurance covers lenses once every year and frames every 2 years. I was taken back by the lack of care for satisfaction of a repeat customer and the manager came off as she could care less. For these reasons I am choosing a different venue

Brockton store does not answer their phone. I have been trying to reach this location for 6 weeks since ordering my contacts on 5/13/23. Still unable to reach the store. Call center leaves notes for them and they don't get back to you. I paid out of pocket for an eye contact exam and have been waiting for eye contacts since 5/27/23.Edit: 7/19/23 got a call that my trial contacts were ready for pick up. I had been told several times I’d need to schedule a test to be sure the contacts fit correctly and that I can safely put them in and remove them. They just handed me a plastic baggie with 2 sets of contacts, no paperwork or prescription and sent me on my way with no instructions. I will be using a different visionworks location from now on.
