I went to change the oil and less than 1 hour oil light turned on and I went to talk to them and they treated me like garbage and you started talking to them they ignored me and made feel like I don’t know what I’m talking about, I had to purchase oil to add my self. Last week my cousin went to change oil, they did 1 bad job in the blue pick-up truck.

This place was horrible. I went in for an oil change and drove off 30 minutes later with a broken car, I didn’t even drive 10 minutes down the road and my car was almost unable to drive. The kind of broken car where you have to drive with caution lights and turn it off at the stop light and turn it back on when the lights green hoping it works. I called and said i was coming back because my car had no prior problems only to be told that i have to get it towed to a mechanic and spend 1000 dollars in damages. DO NOT COME HERE !! i cannot express enough how unhelpful they were.

Alfonso was a complete professional. Took time to explain the process and services being provided. Not pushy at all. Offered me all available coupons. And Kenny was very quick and efficient. I'd trust these gentlemen with my vehicle anytime.

Have always gone to Valvoline for oil changes for years without incident. I'm not sure I've ever had a vehicle that DIDN'T leak a little oil and it's never been an issue. My last vehicle literally pissed puddles of oil and they changed it 3 times last year. Got a new vehicle that I didn't even know had a leak because there was never a spot in the ground. But after waiting over an hour in line they refused to change the oil because they said it had a leak? Is this a new policy? Did they just not want to do it? Call me crazy but if it's a policy maybe have sign that says don't bother waiting in line if you think you have a leak? I'm thoroughly confused and guess I'll be finding a new place for oil changes.

On 12/26/2023 i got serviced, requested the transmission fluid change on my 2015 Honda Accord, then next day i took my car to high way my car broke down in the middle of highway, transmission went down right after i got transmission service day before. My car was driving fine had no issues prior to the service, I contacted Valvoline and they refused to take responsibility on my car, i had to pay $300 just to tow my car and another $200 to bring it home ! They accused me of lying and the Store manager “ Josh “ refused to help or give my refund! I been going to this location in the past 5 years and they literally said “ we don’t care how long you been coming here “ really disappointed and horrible customer service i ever had in my entire life! I contacted Corporate multiple time and not answer, i called Brockton PD and they refused to help, Now this is going to be a Court case!If you really love your car don’t go to this location, they will blame you if they wrongly service your car !!! I will never return to this place again or recommend it to anyone!

Went in for a oil change. It was quick, the staff was helpful. The price is a little steep for a oil change but like everything else in life, inflation inflation.

I'm very disappointed in the cost of a routine oil change. I never paid this much for a 15 minute oil change. After calling other Valvolines in neighborhoring communities I discovered I was over charged and not made aware of discounts available. After entering the garage my hood was up and I couldn't refuse the work. This price was $30 above my Honda dealer. I will not be returning to Valvoline again.

I always use this company to change my oil. My last visit I change my oil and later noticed something hanging under my truck. The skid plate is hanging. I come in today to express my concern about this and I'm told by Brian the manager that it's felt and the conditions of the roads etc caused it which is silly.How about taking responsibility for the tech who's underneath the vehicle changing the oil being lazy and instead of taking off the entire plate they take a few screw out and bend the plate which caused this damage. He refused to do anything about it which is very upsetting as a manager running a customer service establishment. Complete disregard of the issue and just passed the buck on the me as it's my fault and I have to deal with it. I will never use this Brockton location again.Arianna however was very professional on handling the situation and apologizing on behalf of the company which Brian should've been doing.

How is there right when you’re making the complaint about the manager Brian and he’s the same person who approves or denies claims I’m still waiting for Jose Santos because I was told this morning he would contact me and he has not yet I am not disappointed in what you guys say as in you don’t find yourself at fault that does not mean I’m gonna stop fighting, so what I know is right I will continue every day until I am heard and what was done wrong is fixed. I am a grown adult. I don’t need to go to a New And what was done wrong is fixed. I am a grown adult. I don’t need to go to an establishment and lie or be talked at you by a manager. We are not all perfect and I can say when I make mistakes not everyone is like that .Went for an oil change the crew was nice was very busy that day waited for about 45 minutes. NEVER had issue with opening and closing my hood. The way they shut my hood it’s jammed now and won’t open the manager Brian very rude over talks you told me it could of been me who caused the issue the only people who touched my car was them. And I don’t get how you can request someone to take care of fixing your car and it’s still be the same Manager you had an issue with that can decline fixing your car. I’ve gone to this location numerous of times I will not go back to this location again management needs to be replaced. I will continue to move forward until somebody at that location fixes my hood of my vehicle. It is not my responsibility to pay for something that they broke.

Whole crew is very nice, I had a little bit of a wait, behind a few cars, and everything went smooth and very quick. I highly recommend them.

Went there for an oil change and decided to change my rear differential fluid as well. The worker emptied the fluid in the rear differential and forgot to refill it. My truck broke down on the way home after the rear differential seized up. Valvoline sent my truck to Kennedy's Auto in Weymouth to replace the broken rear differential. After they replaced it with a used rear differential, my truck makes a vibrating noise. Went back to mechanic and they told me it was a wheel bearing and my transfer case. Yea right. This valvoline sucks, and if they break something, they will replace it with a faulty "used" part.
