This post office does not deliver mail. All other services only. Such as, but not limited to, all mailing out/packaging & shipping services, p.o. box rentals, supplies, etc. Great customer service. Never really a long wait unless a customer holds up the line for whatever reason.

On 11/27 I ordered a product from a big retailer (who usually ships with UPS). The shopper immediately printed a label and put my product out for shipping. After 2 days of no activity from UPS I asked UPS about my product as it was only supposed to take about 2 days to get to me. UPS was very dismissive indicating that it was not their problem but rather the problem of the shipper. I called the shipper on the 3rd day and the shipper informed me that UPS had forgotten my package and has not been back to return it. The Shipper immediately called UPS and asked for a driver to come get the package as it has been over 72 hours since they requested UPS to get the package. On hour 80 (more then 3 days later) UPS finnaly showed up which the shipper immediately sent me a personal email stating such. Around 2310 that night UPS finnaly started to ship my product (over 91 hours after they where supposed to pick it up and over 20 hours after it was supposed to be at my from door). The pacakage was now scheduled to be delivered by 12/1 by end of day. Well needless to say UPS also forgot it at the next HUB stop they made in Hartford CT. I called UPS to tell them that it was supposed to be delivered by end of day but was already 1840 so would this still be happening? UPS was very dismissive again stating they they just got it, but failed to mention that they just got it due to their error of leaving it behind for over three days. Up S also told me it was Shippers issue, but how could this be if UPS was in possession of the package? My end of day delivered was now moved to 12/2 (saturday, a day I was in New Hampshire about 2 hours away from the HUB of its next location) the morning of 12/2 I check the status again and it was delivered to the Brockton HUB (one town away from its scheduled deliver , 10 minutes in fact). Well around 1440 I called to inquire about why it still says it was in Brockton. UPS told me that it would not be delivered today and that I had to wait to 12/4 to actually get it. After telling them this was unacceptable I asked for the dimensions of the package. UPS told me that they where not going to give me that info and that I would have to contact the shipper I told them that I needed to info to make sure it would fit in my car because I was going to make the 2 hour trip to pick it up. UPS still told me they where not going to give me that info but I could contact the shipper and if I get to Brockton by 1800 i could get the package. I contacted the shipper and they gave me the info almost instantly. After returning some phone calls and filling up on gas I called UPS back and told them that I was 30 minutes away and what info would I need to pick up my package. Niel who I spoke with told me that I could not get my package at all today. I asked him why and he could not give me a solid exploration. He also told me that it was not UPS ' fault that I drove 2 hours. Even though an agent acting on behalf of UPS told me to do so. It is now Monday 12/4 (163 hours later) and after losing almost $180 in gas spent because UPS told me to make trips for no reason I still do not have my package.

The Friendliest Post Office staff ever - and they don't put up with the "lack of knowledge" customer - helpful in every which way!!

The guy that works at this post office is not helpful at all. I asked for an explanation about a box I was trying to send and he just repeated the same thing which still did not help the situation. After leaving there I was so upset that I went to my usual post office in Easton and they took the time and explained everything. I will never go to this post office agan. I just happened to be doing errands in the area. Big mistake! They also opened the doors late.

Joanne and the rest of the ladies at Montello station not only provide excellent service but best of all they treat you like a real human being. This is a demanding and stressful job and these ladies make it look easy. 5 stars âââââ
