I always have problems when I’m sending package to my bf it always got stock in Brockton I don’t know if they mess up the scann or what cause I paid priority mail for a reason this isn’t cool I think they probably have a new worker that don’t know how to scann it yet hopefully they send it to day please?

This is a very busy location that serves a population with very diverse needs. Every person behind the desk is courteous, friendly, and truly, remarkably patient. They know their stuff and they make sure each customer gets the help they need. If you are annoyed about waiting in line, just know that they will give you the same careful attention they gave those ahead of you. A+ for service.

I just wanted to say this place has Rudest staff starting with management!Manager in charge is rude and miserable. Has ZERO customer service skills and they all acts like he totally hates their job.All I wanted is a new picture for my renewal passport they keep saying go to CVS or Walgreens, if you do provide the service why are you sending me to different places?It is Sad to say that this is a federal employee dealing directly with the public.

Employees here don't follow work standard procedures. They fail to meet costumers needs, as well as the people delivering mail. I keep getting mail from my neighbors across the street from me, my mail probably gets into the wrong mailbox too, I have informed delivery and I get images from mail that does not belong to me, some even say the address from an apartment 4 block from me. I sent a complaint online and I have not gotten a response. Let me work here so I can mess their mail up see how they like it!
