“The Charity Guild in Brockton has done and continues to provide for many of our Brockton Public School families. During COVID they were a life saver for many of the families who were not able to leave their homes. The food packages they put together are fresh and the quantity they provide for the size of the family meets their needs. I will always be grateful to them for their continued support and providing a forum for other food pantries to be a part of (Brockton Area Hunger Network). They are always able to assist without hesitation! Thank you Charity Guild and members of the team to help Brockton families to feed their households.”

“Just watched scum bags dump mattress and box springs in front of the gate. It clearly states NO DUMPING POLICE TAKE NOTICE!Along w that people trying to do the right thing by donating bags of cloths and misc stuff. The SAVAGES rip the bags open them rendering them trash! “Olivia helped me find the perfect ski jacket when it arrived in the store. I tried on a couple at the time of shopping and she was able to help me decide which one was best.”

“Fairly good stuff but I've purchased things that have said to work and ended up not working. All in all I would say it's good just text electronics before you purchase them!”

“Great community resource. Variety of goods AND services for parents & infants. Yes, I’ve also heard that the staff can sometimes be off-putting BUT this is NOT the norm. Remember this is not a retail shop. Volunteers and donations make this service work. Everyone has an off day! Focus on what they do w/gratitude in your heart.”

“Hands down the best consignment store I’ve visited. We bought tons of Tiffany & Waterford crystal glassware in great condition and unbeatable price. Rachael is amazingly patient, careful, and helpful. We left a little crystal turtle behind, but Rachael is in touch with us even at after business hours. Overall, a super happy experience!”

“I bought several items from Polished Treasures for my new business and have been thrilled with my purchases. I even got one piece custom refinished by them and it looks absolutely beautiful. I will be back!”

“What you see is what you get. Had a fun time just nosing around. Teeny small-but some people find really nifty nifty stuff (at least when I was there anyways). I believe they take donations. Afterwards I found a bathroom on the second floor - had to walk through a showroom of beautiful artwork -wow paintings!”

“Hidden gem! This place is so cute and the owner was so sweet. She was so welcoming and happily let us in, even though it was so close to closing time, and she even showed us around. Lot’s of adorable knick knacks and trinkets you wouldn’t find anywhere else. We will definitely go back!”

“Can’t beat the prices on wednesday family day. Savers isn’t affordable to me or my family any more. It’s great to see a store putting the true needs of families first. If it wasn’t for them my family wouldn’t have proper clothing I’m not sure the truly know the importance of affordable care . Children continue to grow through out the year. Sometime going through many sizes in just one year. As do adults with weight gain depression age metabolism changes. It’s not like you can buy 1 size of clothing to last years. Plus the quality of clothing is on a huge decline so you must buy more continuously. Thank you Salvation Army for making NEEDS affordable”

“Packed with so much stuff, found some great items here, feels cramped but it’s worth it to scour the aisles.Unlike most thrifts, the sale colors are easy to find and plentiful, it’s worth it to shop the sales and you’ll find some gems.Clothes here are NOT organized by size, and quite frankly even style. There’s tops, pants, and pajamas and dresses. You need to give yourself 1-2 hours to really get a good search of the place.Home goods are pretty lacking, this isn’t the place to come shopping for a new apartment.”

“One of the best places around. Looking for something unique? Looking for furniture, decorations, glassware or just about anything else you could possibly think of? Look no further. Family run business that clearly takes pride in value. I can't tell you the treasures I've found here that are priceless to me. If you can't make it into the store, their Facebook auction is one of a kind. Bidding starts at $1 and winning an auction really feels like a "win". Give yourself a good amount of time to really look thru the store, you won't regret it!”
