Purchased a laptop was a fair price. Haven't had any issues with it. Had pretty poor signage and google maps took me to the wrong place but I don't think that is there fault.

Had a fantastic exsperice. I dropped off a large quantity of older computers and also purchased myself a few parts I needed. Would strongly recommend and I will be shopping here for all my used computer needs.

Storefront lacks a sign, so it was a bit tricky to find. The entryway is in the same place as Concord electric supply.

Although it was a little difficult to get in touch with Theusedcomputers.com, I have nothing but good things to say about the service. We were able to schedule a pickup just a few days after I sent a request through the website, and they arrived on time in the 3 hour window. Everything was removed, and the pickup guy was polite and friendly. We would absolutely work with Theusedcomputers.com again.

I have never experienced worse service with any company before. I say that with complete confidence. I sent 2-3 emails and called 2-3 times and finally got a call back. They scheduled to pick up equipment 1 time and no showed. The second time they were supposed to pick up between 8-12 they didn't show i called and they said they were running late. The driver called at 2pm and i didn't get to the phone and he canceled the pickup. I tried to call back and he wouldn't pickup. I scheduled a pick up for today and they have not called to tell me what time they were coming after 2 attempts to email and get a time. I am beside myself and don't understand how someone could be in business treating folks this way. What a huge waste of my time!
