This place is awful, and unknowledgeable of time and much more I could say about this place. But Management needs improvement mainly or replaced corporate should look into this and hire better managers without additudes.

Trust. It's what everyone looks for with their auto repair service. My wife and I have found that trust in Sullivan Tire in Brockton. We were travelling and got a flat on the trailer tire. We called Sullivan Tire nearby 45 minutes before closing and they had the appropriate tire in stock and they said they could change within 20 minutes. Wow, what a service! Thank you very much.

PERFECT ALIGNMENT. It really does matter where you go. Went to a different location and the alignment was off. Brought it here and it was so much better. Guys at the counter were class-acts too. Highly recommend

Do not go here if you have a bmw. They say they can do all services and system check to get your business and take your money but they don’t. They lie at this location. My car took 1 day longer because they didn’t order parts needed for this. previously scheduled appointment. Then when I pick up my car the check engine light is still on. They tried to get out of it saying their paperwork said to check the maintenance lights. The paperwork didn’t say anything about the check engine light!
Really…..that’s the best you can do to explain you lied to me.
I ask them can you fix the check engine light and the answer they gave was No. I’ll have to go to bmw to get that looked at.
Then why did I come here in the first place? Oh ya, they lied and said they could do it.
Poorly managed business.

I took my ram 1500 in to get an estimate for brakes calipers and rotors and possibly shocks and struts. When Chris told me that The quote was 6900, I was told that it could possibly be more depending on e brake. This was was extremely high and i aggred but they wouldn't take the 6900 unless I agreed to allow them to charge me more. I then assumed that Sullivan didn't want my business. Oh that price was called willing to work with me. I've been to a few of Sullivans shops for tires over the years they now lost a paying customer.

They said they fixed my car but it has broken down 5 maybe 6 times the day after or days after they said it has been fixed. Unsatisfied.
