I been coming to this cleaner for the last 15 years, the service is ok, but I noticed lately there is some rude people working in there, I was there last Saturday 08-06-22, around afternoon time I didn’t like the altitude of both women the teller and the one working at the counter, I almost picked up my items and about to walk out there, if you are the owner I would pay close attention before you start loosing your valuable costumers..

I had dropped off a sweater, the nice bilingual lady in the front helped me out, she taped my strings to my sweater so THEY wouldn’t lose them, i pick my sweater up with the string missing of course., the guy who handles the clothes claims there were no strings, like bro. The lady tapped them before being washed clown. Never again,

My mother took many shirts and suits to be cleaned here. They staple the number label to the tag in the shirts; They're industrial staples that are very difficult to remove. When my mother asked them to help her remove the staples from the shirt they ripped it off forcefully in front of her and said they'd use a clothing pin the next time, except when she went again, they had put 3 staples into the shirts instead. They then told her they were too busy to take the new clothes she had taken there to be cleaned. My mother left feeling very confused and upset at the way the situation was handled.

One shirt ripped and another got a bleach stain and ruined. They threw away the shirt and gave me a $4 credit for a $30 shirt. Told them they lost my business and they didn't care as they had a thousand customers. I wont be one of those thousand anymore.
