Don't bother sending things to print here, I sent 1 single sheet of paper yesterday and I am still waiting, they claim they change their rules, yet their pages says SAME DAY PICK UP. Oh and the customer service is non existent.

I was just at Staples Westgate Mall Store in Brockton, Massachusetts and an associate name Khalid as me with internet extender which I knew nothing about. All I can say was he was supportive amazing and informational. If you need assistance go see Khalid and he will amaze you. Great associate for Staples!

Well I went in for a simple stylus for my phone and I spoke to what looked like a 16 year old kid at the register to ask him where the stylus were he looked at me all confused and said what's a stylus ? ? I was shocked that he works at Staples and doesn't know what a simple stylus is. He called someone on his little mic hanging from his ear to come up and help me almost 15 minutes later suddenly came up to the friend of the store and showed me where they were which started as a quick in and out turned into over 20 minutes long

Terrible customer service the cashier was lazy and not helpful and he said there was nobody in the store to help us carry our small business industrial printer out!!we are business owners an this store truly lacks customer service

The experience here was very easy, self serve printing is easy to use and the staff was incredibly friendly, even early on Saturday morning.

This store manager is high he can’t open he’s eyes this is really not professional , but I placed an order 2 days in advance I went to pick it up it wasn’t ready on top when you asked to see a manager a dread arrived high and telling you to leave if your not happy with the service what is this , they need to get a professional at this location i understand this is brockton but I didn’t expect that at all at staples

Terrible customer service. I’ve been here 3 times with my tax exempt documentation. They never faxed my paperwork to corporate for exemption status, but honored it the 1st two times. I come in to purchase items again, assuming everything is all set, but realized they still haven’t sent in my information. This time, they don’t honor my exemption status. The cashier and manager both gave me an attitude and looked at me like I was lying. I don’t understand what’s the point of filling out the paperwork if they’re not going to do anything with it.

The hiring manager is NOT nice and I don't ever want to be going back there and I hope the manager loses his job. We went in there for a printer ink for MG2522 cannon and he asked us to leave because he thought we were being catiougous and we were waiting for the Covid-19 results andwe are NOT going up there anymore
