There's this staff Kristin who took my photo and that of my daughter on 6/4/24. She's so rude and unprofessional. I had encountered her earlier this year and she had the same sick attitude. If she's tired of working at staples she should move away and give room to the other courteous staff to make an impression. She needs to undergo some training on attitude and character

The associates know my needs and take the extra steps to help.
If they are out of a product which is seldom, they set me up for next day free shipping. Being self-employed I can't afford downtime.
Staples keeps that to an extreme minimum.

Advice: Don’t rely on them for last minute purchases! Business cards for my business were ordered 2 days in advance & were not ready for pickup when they said it would be. Other staples usually have everything ready not sure what happened ?

Kristin is RUDE and doesn't listen. She cut me off every step of the way. Put in the WRONG information then when I ask for confirmation of what I asked to be done she told me she asked me this. NO MA'AM I specifically asked to have my items shipped to UPS in FL . You proceeded to cut me off and put the information on my ID. She needs to take accountability for her impatience and listen to what is needed, instead of blaming a paying customer who asks questions to make sure we are both on the same page. After telling her the information she used was wrong she just decided to cancel everything because she "doesn't have time". But was OK wasting my time.
The yoing lady with the name tag WEST on the otherhand was a delight to work with. She processed everything correctly and quickly.

Don't bother sending things to print here, I sent 1 single sheet of paper yesterday and I am still waiting, they claim they change their rules, yet their pages says SAME DAY PICK UP. Oh and the customer service is non existent.

I was just at Staples Westgate Mall Store in Brockton, Massachusetts and an associate name Khalid as me with internet extender which I knew nothing about. All I can say was he was supportive amazing and informational. If you need assistance go see Khalid and he will amaze you. Great associate for Staples!
