There should at least be three registers instead of one. The self checkout lanes should be use for small items. This is the last time I'll be doing self checkout.

Today I had the pleasure of interacting with an awesome individual ( the store manager for SHAWS) I had an issue with a salad that was comprised of fruit, nuts, and veggies. I’m allergic to nuts so the store manager took that into consideration and literally took the plastic wrapped walnuts out and showed me that the walnuts were in fact in their own separate packaging. I didn’t see that at the time.

Good selection of products, excellent produce, and some of the best bakery and freshest flowers around. Some of their meats are better than speciality meat services I have ordered from, and when on sale, are more reasonable. Shaws has become my favorite place to shop.

The service I received in this store today was absolutely horrible. They had two lanes open with lines, spilling into the isles, and then, when I finally got to the cashier, I wasn’t greeted or even spoken to at all ,I had to bag my own groceries, which is fine, but once I finished bagging the cashier didn’t even say a word to me and when he put groceries that he bagged he didn’t even pass them down to me so I could put them in the cart, he just left them on the belt and didn’t even pass them over to me the manager Should be ashamed of what’s going on in that store . Will never go here again
