I will not be returning to this location as the associate in the deli department is extremely rude I waited there to get something from the seafood department and three of them walked by me and then finally I decided to ask someone is there anyone working in the seafood and the woman with the glasses states to me oh we close at seven she walked by me three different times and did not say anything thank you so much I will now drive to 2 miles and spend less shopping at market basket I've been going there for five years and I've never had an experience like that please do better specially if people has been in their hard earned money

Once again I went to this Shaw's only because its close by but once again found out why I stopped going here. I was waiting at the seafood counter and I asked a female behind the counter if she could help me? She said this is not my section and went in the backroom and came out with a gentleman I thought would help me but they were talking I said can I get help? Instead of helping me they went back in the backroom to finish their convrrsation. Very lousy customer service.

terrible pharmacy. wouldn't fill prescription, then wouldn't answer phone when Dr. office called or call Dr. office for clarification until after the Dr. office was closed. needless to say, am changing pharmacies!!!!!

I've been meaning to post a review of this grocery store for awhile... I live in the area so it's convenient, and stop & shop closed down. As some of the previous reviews mentioned, they always have discounted products THAT ARE EXPIRED! Enough is enough already. Every single time I go, I find expired products. They also have products that are discounted or on sale and they don't ring up as the sale price. It is so frustrating to go all the way home and then have to turn around and head BACK to the store to return expired products or get my money back for something that I over paid for. This store has got to get it together! I gave it 2 stars because the customer service is good. They immediately give me my money back without hassle. But I shouldn't have to do keep coming back to return stuff... Not to mention the fact that their can return machine is ALWAYS broken. Honestly, I don't recommend this store. Go to Market Basket or Aldi instead.

Buyer beware. Store consistently discounts (50-75% off) items which are already EXPIRED. Because I live in the neighborhood, I shop here often and have witnessed this SEVERAL times over the past year. If you see something on sale, CHECK THE DATE. I recently bought fruit cups for my kid and came to find out they were expired SEPTEMBER OF LAST YEAR. Also recently bought protein bars which were 50% off and same thing, expired last month. I have a hard time believing management is not aware of this practice. How is this legal? They will get someone sick.

Omg these blueberry muffins are amazing. I also buy the fried chicken when "my lady" is cooking. She makes it nice and crispy. Only thing I can't stand a when people take the shopping carts off premise. I will call Shaw's and report the location and they come right out and pick it up. This store is clean and convenient.

Shaws you are truly ridiculous. After going there today to get a simple blueberry pie ( which by the way was an awful display of pies) smashed pies still on the display shelf no pie without damage then i decided upon the wild blueberry pie in a box ( not the see through plastic) got it home it was a crust pie

went to shaws this afternoon to pick up a few items that I found were good deals in the flyer..NOT got 10 cans on bumble bee solid tuna, buy one get one free was the deal, when I went to register I was charged a lot more then I thought i should have. when i went to the service desk the young man checked the price on the can of tuna and it rang up $2.49 a can I have never paid more then $1.29 a can this was double the price so they jacked up the price to double and then advertise that you buy one get one free when you are paying reg. price for each can... what a SCAM !!! they should be ashamed . even the manager could not believe the price was $2.49 for one can, I asked for the regional manager number and when I got home the number he cave me was the pharmacy # got number on line but office was closed at 5pm.

Selling stuff past the experation date AGAIN SHAWS?!? GET IT TOGETHER PEOPLE. This Shaws sucks. It always a nightmare checking out. Prices are crazy. Dave is so rude. Customer Service desk sucks. Seriously only go here in case of an emergency and prepare to be pissed off.
