Terrible customer service don't go here!!! Bought my vehicle here and I bought the extra warranty to only find out almost a year later that it was a fake warranty I've been paying this whole time for nothing. Currently in the process of suing be careful!!

Be very careful here! I bought my vehicle here and either I missed a dent or it happened in the process of getting prepped for me, regardless it should of been brought to my attention. They weren't very helpful at all about resolving the issue and I was in desperate need of a vehicle. Be careful and don't get taken advantage like I was !!

BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THIS PLACE!! I went in on the 5th, they hit my credit multiple times making promises they couldn't do. And then almost a week later they hit my credit again 3 times and I now have to dispute it. Joe the finance guy and Andy the salesman. I don't know how is responsible for it but those are who I worked with. DO NOT GO HERE. I promise you'll regret it.

This guy not only was awful at his job. He completely wasted my time. He lied and said he got approval for a certain dollar figure for a trade in. He strung me along all day until I get there and there is no approval. Then we come up with another deal and agree to only be told no again. So I tell him he shouldn't have strung me along all day. I was on time restraint. Not only did this guy threaten me, my family and children. Which I have all the messages saved . I call his boss and he actually tells me it's hear say LOL. ( I emailed him a small portion of the messages) I never got a call back from them to even apologize.... So I am in the process of going way above them to the top. This is unacceptable and will be contacting police and local media. Hope it was worth itI have attached 1 screenshot of the tbe atleast 100 I have. This is not a place you want to do business with. I understand bad apples and this one is not bad. It's rotten, but to have someone in charge not take this serious and actually tell me It was hearsay and then not call me back. I don't even know his name. All i k ow is that his Email starts with Marnatt. Assuming that's a last name. This place needs a com overhaul of their management and hope someone will at least look at this...

I went in for a scheduled oil change. John from the service department brought to my attention that the radiator and water pump were leaking. He called my warranty administrator and sent in all the required paperwork and pictures that they needed. We scheduled my vehicle the following week and they replaced the radiator and water pump. They completed all the work the same day and communicated everything with me throughout the entire process. I will definitely return for future service and recommend all who will listen to do the same.Services: Auto water leak repair

I came in after receiving a buy back letter from the dealership for my car. I wasn't sure if I was going to get a car but I knew I needed to look at options soon since my car was close to 100k miles. Sebastien was amazing to work with. He was able to help me understand my options. He answered my questions fully and wasn't pushy about anything. I don't like feeling pressured or feeling like I'm being BSed into getting something. Sebastien was very genuine and made me feel heard. He was a great advocate and got my payment to where I wanted it. I ended up leaving with a much better car for such an affordable price. My friend also bought a car from Sebastien a few years ago and I'm so happy she recommended him. He's great! I can't recommend him enough.

Don't walk, RUN, far far away. I came in to test drive a specific vehicle listed online. Arrived to find out that one was sold so ended up test driving the same make and model but a year earlier. The test drive was fine, but brief and it was already dark out. Due to the fact it was night and I had gone alone, I was returning the next day with my boyfriend to have him check it out and see the car in the light of day.The salesperson I worked with was nice, and suggested I place a deposit to hold the car if I was thinking of purchasing it, that's fine.I asked about monthly payments as I was looking for a somewhat specific estimate on what that would be and was told that that information would have to be handled through the sales manager - which would require me sitting down with him and going through paperwork. Whatever, still fine.While going through the paperwork I did not specifically see the monthly payments for the vehicle alone, but was told I would need to include a "protection package" that would also be included in the monthly payments. I asked about the different protection options and was told we could go over and finalize that once the down payment was made and the sale was closed.I returned the next day with my boyfriend and in the light of day noticed visible damage to the interior and exterior of the car, I was a bit disappointed as I know it's a used vehicle, but with the wear and tear it was noticeably used. During our second test drive we both drove and noticed a noise when accelerating that sounds like an issue with a wheel bearing. It was a Jeep, and I own a Jeep, so am familiar with the sound as I had the issue with mine, and upon checking further noticed the wheel wells were totally rusted.After we left from the second test drive I decided I did not want the car as I felt the condition did not match the price, and am not looking to buy a vehicle in need of repairs.I began calling first thing this morning and was sent to voicemail various times throughout the day until finally getting a response around 4:30. I called and stated I no longer wanted the vehicle, and would like a refund of my deposit. The salesman told me I had to go in person and cancel it with the finance manager, I said I could head there now and was told that would work.I arrived at the dealership and was waiting for 20-30 minutes before the employee at the front desk told me the finance manager was busy, and someone would have to get back to me tomorrow. I stated again I simply wanted to cancel the transaction and have my deposit refunded, at which point I was told they can't "just cancel it" because "I already own the car."I was at this exact location 24 hours prior for the second test drive and heard no mention of this. I also was told to head there at 4:30 once I finally reached someone, then was informed at the dealership the bank closed at 4 pm anyways so there was nothing they could do. I never made the down payment to "finalize" this agreement, I did not receive any documentation when I left after placing the deposit to hold or any follow up through email, and had made it clear yesterday we came back to test drive as I was still unsure on it.The front desk worker said I already signed the "documentation" so the vehicle is mine, but I was told I had to go through that paperwork in order to figure out what the monthly payment would be. The deposit was also placed so I could come back, see it in the day, and have an additional set of eyes on it before deciding. I tried to call 7 times between 7 am and 3 pm to say I was no longer interested, but did not receive a response until the bank they used was closed.For a "certified" dealer so I am quite honestly in shock and completely upset they are saying I am now responsible for a vehicle due to the fact I put down a deposit. We did go through paperwork, but I was informed it would be finalized once the down payment was made which it has not been and won't be. I have a Jeep and have been shopping around

Do not purchase the extra service protection! The service department here is horrible. I went in yesterday to fix a minor issue I've had since I bought my car from them about 5 month ago. The radio presets have never saved. A friend told me that they had the same issue and they brought their car into a different dealership they purchased their car from, and the issue was fixed within minutes at no charge. Since this is a minor issue and the dealership is out of my way I didn't bring it in until yesterday while I was in the area. When I arrived to the service center I was told to see a representative at counter 1 who would be able to help get me started. So I go to counter 1 and he has 2 friends there that do not work for the dealership and were not there for any service, they were just there to catch up and hang out. That rep asked me to go to counter 2 and the rep there will take care of me. I thought OK fine no problem. The Rep at counter 2 arrived 5 minutes later in a bad mood. They barely spoke to me and when they did every word was rude. When I told them that I was there for the radio presets issue, they tried to charge me $200 for a diagnostics check. When I said that wasn't acceptable they tried to turn it around on me claiming that there was no way to tell if this was preexisting issue, insinuating that I was a liar. The service protection plan that I purchased with the when I bought the car covers next to nothing. For $150ish a month it is a total rip off, and I will be canceling it without hesitation.

I was looking for a very rare combination of options in a used car. When I saw Dodge 24 was advertising the exact car I was looking for on their web site, I became really excited about finally finding the car I had been looking for for over 6 weeks.I contacted them through the internet, but could not get a straight answer about availability of the car. I decided I could not miss this opportunity, so I drove to the dealership.When we got there, there was a short wait to sit down with a salesman. The salesman spent 10 minutes asking me a long series of questions about trade-in and financing and then asked for my driver's license, which he said they needed for the test drive. He also asked if they could appraise my trade-in while we were out on our test drive. Luckily, I said no.Finally when I was not willing to answer any more questions, he told me that the car I came to see was already sold, and they had nothing else like it.There was no reason to waste my time like this.

My family mechanic explained that some Jeep repairs require the Jeep dealership software to read and reset the check engine codes. Despite the bad reviews we brought the Jeep to be diagnosed. The lady at the counter explained how it works, for example two problems will cost at minimum $200 per diagnosis. She was forthcoming with the process and explained everything. The repair was done, on time, and no issues. I'd like to add the lady behind the counter also made sure before we drove away that the check engine light was off and repairs were satisfactory. Thank you
