We had great customer service when picking up our rental car.Staff was super friendly and offered us a free bottle of water while we were going through the rental process. Again, "Thank you!" for the hospitality in the heat.

Overall did just what I needed for the low price I paid. The Fast Break line did not move very fast at first. Once at the window, checkout was easy. The white rental car had yellow spots all over it, and the inside windows were very dirty, making it hard to see at night. Returning the care was super easy and fast. There is a trolley station right around the corner, that I walked to to catch a ride to the convention center and Gaslamp areas.

They know to take care of the people who reserve vehicles in advance and it's always a hassle-free experience. On a very busy day I still got my economy size, the staff were very friendly, and they still checked in on my experience when I dropped the car off, since they were aware of how crazy the day before had been.
