I will never donate again to the Salvation army. The staff at the Brockton location is the amongst the rudest human beings I have ever encountered. The staff was angry, condescending and rude with no manners whatsoever. I donate quite frequently but will NEVER donate to the Salvation Army again. There are much better organizations out there that would be appreciative of the help and support.

First off: Every person I have personally dealt with have been friendly and helpful, and very apologetic when something goes wrong. However, behind the scenes the communication is lacking. This is the THIRD time that we have scheduled a Saturday pickups do the truck comes 4-5 hours early or (after waiting most of the day) they come an hour after you have to leave because you waited all day. I work most Saturdays so a scheduled time is IMPORTANT! We want to help but someone
