This was my first time using the store. I used the curbside pick up but ended up going into the store to check it out. Not only was I amazed at the prices but at the merchandise selection as well. The staff were super friendly and knowlegable about product location well above and beyond what I expected. They now have a customer for life.

I found everyone very friendly and helpful. I wanted an unopened case of cat food, which was not reachable. It was easy to find an employee who cheerfully got a ladder and offered me the flavors that were available. The cashier was very cheerful and offered to and brought the case and large bag of dog food to my car, thanked me and wished me a good day. I didn't rank it higher because the last time I went at the beginning of the week the dog food supply was pretty depleted and I was told supplies are usually replentished mid-week. I did go back a few days later and the shelves were better stocked.

First time in looking for a very specific ball for my son's dog. The associate was terrific; helpful and friendly. Not only that, the prices were great! I have a new pet store!!

I went to the Pet Supply Plus at the Westgate Mall in Brockton. I use to go there all the time, I knew names and faces. So I moved back to the area and there are new names and faces....one name and face I will remember is Tracy/Tracey....she help me out immediately, I'm into Peacock Cichlids and she knows her stuff. If you ever go there, tell her Jermaine sent you....Lol.

I would definitely do another curbside pick up. It was quick and easy. The only problem I had was their were other cars parked along the curb where I was. I don't know if they were doing curbside pick up too or just parking there waiting for someone to come out of the store. I felt bad because I couldn't move up closer to the door for the girl who brought out my order. The poor girl had a hard time figuring out which car was mine because of the other cars just parking there but that's not her fault.

This store always has the food, supplies, toys, etc that we need to care for our 3 cats. The employees will help us to find what we need and direct us to anything else that they think we might be interested in. The prices are great. The cashiers are always friendly and helpful, too.

Ordered online, received email supper fast..got to the store parked in curb side pick up spot, called the store and they were supper quick bringing out my order...
