“Won't schedule an install.Their techs told us we had a potential CO leak with our furnace. Couldn't afford replacing at the time so lived in sweats and used space heaters the end of last winter.Have the money now. Sent them a deposit, which they cashed, and its been a month and they are not returning phone calls and still have not scheduled the install.Edit:The install has since been done. The crew that came out did a great job considering the location of the furnace adding an extra level of difficulty (crawl space).We had the same company install an oil tank last year and that crew did a great job as well. Overall, very happy with the actual work.”

“I had a propane representative come to my home to give me an estimate to have some propane tanks installed. Unfortunately my original plan couldn't be accomplished due to clearances and regulations, but the rep was extremely knowledgeable and was not only able to give me an alternative option but also explain why my original plan wouldn't work. I appreciate his promptness, I left him a voicemail late Monday afternoon and got a call back the next day where we were able to schedule a time for him to come out on Wednesday. He also quickly provided me with a proposal with all the information we discussed. He was available by email to answer any additional questions I had once I received the proposed agreement.Thank you!”

“Friendly staff, brand new equipment, 24hr pick up and drop off. Was safely able to leave my car there overnight during a local rental.My only suggestion is to tell customers in advance where the key drop is after hours. I and another customer were both looking for the drop box for 15-20 mins before finding it. There is a photo of a drop box that must be stock photography used in the check in process that makes finding it very confusing. For those looking... It's mounted on the shed building to the left of the equipment return area, it is not near the main building.”
