First, a short form review: Silko VW is awesome. We bought a 2024 Jetta there yesterday for a very fair deal. Go buy your car there and ask for Delos, who gave us the best car buying experience we’ve ever had. You’ll never have to shop for a car, new or used, anywhere else.
A slightly longer version: We went to two car dealerships yesterday. One was a Toyota dealership that clearly did not respect its customers. They acted like they were doing us a favor offering us a used 2024 Corolla that smelled like smoke, had a tear in a seat, and had scratches all over the dashboard screen. There was a corporate, detached vibe to the whole place. It offered nothing I couldn’t have done shopping online by myself.
The other was Silko, and it was clear from the moment we walked in the door that Silko’s work is rooted in a deep respect for its customers. They started building a relationship with us right away. After being greeted by a very welcoming and professional Ray, we ended up working with Delos, who respected all of our needs, was patient and super pleasant to work with, and was really kind to our kids. The space was super clean and comfortable. We left with two things: a new 2024 Jetta that we got for a very fair deal, and a new home for our car care needs (for example, Silko offers a great lifetime deal for customers on oil changes that we’ll definitely be taking advantage of- another super nice relationship-building touch).
I swear I don’t work for Silko- I just have strong feelings about businesses that are people-first in a day when there are way too many corporations that don’t care about the human beings they work with. Silko is definitely the kind of old-school, people-first businesses that has earned our community’s business!

I arrived at this dealership, Silko VW in Brockton MA, and was greeted and passed over to a salesman. This salesmen was very helpful up until I wanted to actually buy a car. They showed me a car and put me through all of the paperwork for buying this car and once the deal was signed all paperwork completed I was told the car would be ready for pick-up the next day. The next day came around and I did not receive a call at the agreed upon time I was told the night before when I signed the paperwork. I called and was bounced around told that "they were having a busy morning" and was told to wait. 2 hours went by and the same salesman who sold me the car calls saying "We have a problem" and he tells me that they sold me the car without making sure that they had the title. (Which is illegal in Massachusetts, for a dealer to sell a car that they do not have the title in hand for) They told me I would be out of a car and have to wait a week, which was a problem for me because I did not have another car to use at the time and I was told when I bought the car it would be ready in the morning so I didn't make other arrangements. They told me their "manager" who is the only person qualified and able to get loaner cars out to customers was out of town and I would not be able to get a loaner either. It was now that I threatened to pull the deal, again since they should not have sold me the car until they got the title from the prior deal. They called me back after the salesman had "talked to his manager" and said they would have a loaner car ready for me in an hour, so basically they lied originally and were hoping to get out of this without me causing a fuss and hope I would just wait until the car I bought was ready. After a week of driving the loaner car my car was finally ready, they had the title and one of the spare keys that was missing at the time of purchase. I took the car home, it was a 2021 Jetta S, and after the first day of driving it I called the salesman to let him know that it had a slight pull to the right and needed a tire alignment. He told me that was not covered in my warrantee (which was essentially lemon law which allowed for anything to be covered that was not my fault before driving 1,500 miles or 40 days off the lot). I then argued with him again saying that I had done nothing and it isn't right that they sold me a car that needed servicing. He eventually told me to bring it in to the service center at the dealership in Brockton so I did and they kept my car ALL day long until 5:00PM when my appointment was at 11:00AM to tell me that they drove it and it was not pulling to the right. I drive the car everyday and on roads that are crowned I understand the car may pull even if the tires are perfectly aligned, but I have driven on numerous roads, flat parking lots, etc. and the car pulls to the right when the steering wheel is in the straight up and down orientation.
All in all, do not go here, they lull you in with a false sense of security like they will help you in all of your issues when they are actually extremely disorganized, cannot keep track of their inventory, and have an inadequate service department that does not thoroughly diagnose problems leaving them for the customers to take care of on their own later on.

Unorganized & to time consuming. Waited 3 hours for an oil change! The manager is unprofessional. Heard him yelling and swearing at the technicians in the back. Will not return!

We just purchased a 2024 Atlas at Silko VW in Brockton. Our salesperson, Nuno was very helpful and knowledgeable! The manager, Ray was very personable and willing to work with us! I admit I was pretty picky and kept nagging but they were flexible and understanding. They made the car shopping experience from beginning to end easy. We had purchased our previous Atlas from another local dealer and we did not have the same experience. The guys at Silko are very friendly and willing to work with your family’s budget and needs! They didn’t even mind my three little ones sitting around for hours! Thank you again Nuno and Ray!

Recently purchased a vehicle (VW Tiguan) at Siko VW. Great choice of vehicles, and really good pricing advertised online; very attentive sales team, both on the phone and in person. It was a quick turnaround from the time we made a decision until we picked up the car. Overall, great experience from Rob and Rico. Would go there again in the future.

I recently bought my first car from Silko VW, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. I want to give a special shout-out to Matthew for his exceptional service. He was incredibly kind and patient, answering all of my questions and ensuring I felt confident throughout the process.
He personally delivered my new Tiguan, driving nearly 6 hours to make sure it arrived safely. He even helped me get it registered and put the plates on for me. I couldn’t be happier with my new car and the outstanding service from Silko VW.

Abby Silverleib of Silko Sales Management is one of the worst sales managers I have ever encountered! Robotic-like sales tactics, attempting to force customers to make decisions against their best interest, and lack of dealer/ car deal information . I strongly suggest any other Volkswagen Dealership OVER SILKO!!!!!! DO NOT TRADE IN YOUR VEHICLE HERE!

Hmmm. Once you receive your car and, If you are accustomed to a level of service this is not the place for you. They do not have live people to answer phones, which is normal but even their phone dispatch is terrible. I have been calling for a week, it would have been two if I haven’t reached out to the original sales person who did call me back within a few days. I had an issue with my windshield and the service guy splashed some water onto it and said I was all set. I hope they call me back they have you sign up for all these packages and then you can’t cancel them. Pay attention if they offer you Sirius Xm my last car had it, they sent me home telling me call the company knowing it needs to be in your car package. I find out it’s only included on my phone. What’s up with that? Silko is a car heaven with the choices of vehicle. I’m not sure if I’ve been oil slicked or not, but it’s only been a month. I definitely feel like it. Quirk VW Braintree may not have all the options, but their service is unmatched. Good luck!

He went above and beyond showing me all the features and explaining the technology. It been a while since I’ve had a new car! Ray was great to deal with for the financing!!

So I have to say things happen for a reason . I was in the market to upgrade my 2016 Ford fusion to a New vehicle . Car buying can be stressful enough and in this economy not easy. I went to a rival dealer first to purchase a pretty sweet used Tiguan. I'll tell you I really wanted this one bad . Well the dealer was good but there finance department dropped the ball. There loss . So not to sure of it would be any better on the finance side with my credit score I went to Silko .
I am glad I did ! I was greated on arrival by a sales advisor Mauricio who was no pressure, test drove a 2021 Tiguan and then went in to talk about numbers . Myself being not sure about my credit score was shown by sales manager Ray what they could do for me!
They came back to me with a deal and a promise that I could not pass up .
Ray kept that promise and it was huge !
They met were I wanted to be for payments and got me a better rate than their rival .
I have been buying cars my whole life and have to say this is one of the best deals I have gotten in a long time . Was not crazy on the color but the car is great!
So hats of to Mauricio and Ray for you sales and Silko has just earned my business. Will be upgrading my wife's car in the future and will be going back to Silko !
Now I will see how there service center is next when i go back for an oil change .

I went to Silko Volkswagen Brockton! I must say excellent service, I felt welcome my sale representative was AL he took his time to go over deals. Great service. I got my 2024 Jetta sports!!!
