Found the part I wanted from their website, on sale. Placed my order. Then was contacted the next day by OffroadAlliance telling me they had the wrong price listed on their site, and that they could not sell the part for that price.
They said i could pay the additional price difference (making it the same price as every other retailer), or they could cancel the sale and refund my money. Said they would lose money selling it for that price.
Didn’t even offer a discount or coupon to rectify the situation. How about compromising and offering a coupon or discount to where you aren’t losing money, but I also am not paying full price when you clearly had the part listed for sale?

This is a fantastic shop with great customer service! I purchased the Westcott Designs preload collar lift kit for my 4Runner ORP. I wanted a slight lift and to level it out. They kept me informed on the lead time and delivery of the kit and promptly got me in the shop for install w/alignment. Everything feels great on the truck now, the kit helped eliminate that typical nose dive. I am very happy with the quality of work. I worked with Cody and Paul on this order and install, both employees were great! Before and after pictures included for reference.

I have ordered on line and in the Brockton MA store a SmartCap (with installation) and Decked drawers for my 2024 Tundra TRD Pro. Customer service and employee expertise/politeness has been outstanding. Paul Salmeri installed the cap superbly and he made the process completely painless. On line sales are handled nationally and each of the representatives with whom I communicated were great. They will be my first choice for any future buys.

Terrific experience start to finish! This is the best aftermarket parts company I've ever dealt with. I called with questions and immediately got a live knowledgeable representative that was able to answer my questions. They helped me get my parts super fast and even had a simple easy financing program. I've dealt with several other companies that never even answer the phone. I wanted to get some new headlights for my Raptor and replace the existing fog light bezels. Everyone I dealt with from ordering to install was awesome to deal with. It turned out that my existing fog light bezels were covered under warranty, something i did not even know. I can't say enough good things about OffroadAlliance. If you have needs for your offroad vehicle this is your place!

Jeff & team are very quick to respond & help w/ any issue you may have. They carry a lot of different brands/products for all kinds of offroad vehicles- their online store inventory is insane, but they also carry a lot of quality stuff in store as well. I had some issues w/ a couple KC lights & the bezel they were mounted in a little over a year after install (this was not my first purchase from them) & they immediately responded & told me to bring it in or ship them the faulty parts & they'd cover in full. Great customer service highly recommend.

Have ordered a bunch of stuff and even had a few things installed at OffroadAlliance.com in their Boston location. Tyson was my main sales guy, but pretty much all of them were knowledgeable, honest, and upfront when talking parts. They don't try to peddle the most expensive thing or get you to buy something just to buy it. I was asked specifically how I plan to use and drive the truck. From there I was given options with descriptions, pros / cons, what they run on their own rigs because all the employees are also offroad enthusiasts. Once equipped with that information I was able to make a more confident decision.When installing items, Paul in the Boston shop and his team were very accommodating and organized. He had a printed log of all our emails and knew exactly what was supposed to happen to the truck.With other reviews complaining about parts availability and lead times people need to put the world into perspective because supply chains are extremely backed up everywhere and that is not something the people at OffroadAlliance.com can control. A little patience goes a long way.The OffroadAlliance.com is a good business and will work with you to make sure you get exactly what you want and need for your specific offroad build.
