Spent 1500 $ so far in the car , now gonna spend 2300$ to replace the differential . Gave me the worst auto repair insurance ever that refuse to cover any repairs in the car . My first car was with Bournes , I have insurance for repair , whatever is wrong with my other car , they fix . Thanks again guys , you played me well . Lesson learned …

Eli, Myles, and Charlie gave me incredible care from the moment I walk in to when I walked out with keys in hand.Came in because their pricing on a Versa I wanted was super competitive, they were transparent and shared the history of the car on-demand. Seamless payment and transaction.The car had a small strut bearing issue quickly after driving off the lot, and the guys ordered the parts needed and made the fix the next week...no questions asked. Can't recommend them enough!

I put a down payment on a car and decided not to buy it ( 3 owners, inaccurate accident information and super high mileage) As a curtesy I notified them in less than 24 hrs of my decision. They then informed me that they could not refund my $300 deposit unless I physically returned to their office over 30 miles away. When I showed up, that car was sold( gee thanks for letting us know you didn't want it was never expressed to me by them). When I returned they had to contact an employee because they did not believe my 2 receipts. Their credit card machine was not working so they told me to contact my bank. Then they wrote me a check. Why not send me a check in the first place to save me a round trip of an hour? They also refused to return my paper work until I argued for quite a bit and then they gave me a copy stamped invalid. Wtf? What a hassle to get back my own money!
