Coming in from Chicago and I can say I’m not impressed with pedi. It was basic the reg but where I’m not satisfied is with the fact I wasn’t asked about nail cutting. When doing white nails precision is important. You can see the unevenness in nails miles away. I would’ve like for my manicurist to trim my nails all almost the same length or be asked at the least and also would’ve like some more filing done. Nails also weren’t painted at the endings even when I asked. Meh! 2.5 stars since the rest of service was good by that I mean the massaging the cleaning of nails etc

If I could give zero stars I would, just so everyone is aware they don't do refunds & will pressure you to get your nails done again even you want nothing to do with them & their business. The manager (older gentleman probably early 40's) will tell you he will call the police so you can talk to them instead because he won't give you a refund, even if you are being nice. 0/10 recommend - Avoid at all cost - Customer service 0.Service: Acrylic nails

They have a problem when you ask them to make correction. They will talk about you in their language. I've been getting my nails done for a very long time and when I want something corrected I mean I want to correct it. I come to the nail shop to relax get a pedicure get my nails done it's called therapy I don't have time for people to have an attitude when I say my nail is crooked they have a problem with fixing it I pay you and I tip you good, treat me right. The worst thing to do is to talk about you in their language and you know they are doing it. I will never come back again.

Well I asked for regular manicure and that was thirty dollars but I ended up paying thirty seven dollars because fee to use credit card and fee for cutting I mean they should not advertise for thirty dollars when it ends up being thirty seven dollars that is all service was okay but just be honest is all I won't come back again just because it started at one price and ended with anotherService: Pedicure
